Very clean, comfy bed, well equipped and perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona. The balconies are amazing! Andrei is a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time. Mario was amazing, very communicative and helpful. Is a great place if you’re going to use the terrace, otherwise it can feel a little small for the value, so make sure you take advantage of the upper floor!

Very good location of the place. Very good explanation from Andrei concerning all the details & restaurants available in the neighborhood. Cleaning fee a little bit high for my opinion

This apartment is located In a amazing part of town - walkable to everything we wanted to see & short cab rides to other destinations. The unit was exactly as advertised and Mario greeted us upon arrival and gave us a great lay of the land. Would stay here again %100

Andrei and Alina were wonderful hosts! The appartment was clean, cozy and 10min walk from the beach. Upon arrival we were given reccomendations of local places, stores, museums, etc. It was a wonderful stay and we are infinitely greatful for such service & place! 🙏

Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung war sehr erholsam und sauber. Alles hat funktioniert und es war Platz genug für 4 Erwachsene. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen!

This location was the best for far!!! Short walk from la sagrada familia, flew all the way from Texas and it was a must. Really enjoyed walking around the area, close access to the metro, lots of shopping centers, restaurants, bars. Will love to come back to the same location again. Rooms and space where great for 4 people.

Great stay

A very comfortable, clean apartment, in a very convenient location. Easy access to and from the airport. Busses for tours of this wonderful city are just down the road. Mario, who met us on arrival, was very helpful with regard to the flat and the location ...and with suggestions for places to go/shop/eat. Given its central location, we were pleased that the building was so quiet at nighttime. The Netflix account was a nice touch. Andrei was contactable throughout our stay.

Great location and Mario was very helpful and responsive, so finding the place and check in was easy and got plenty of recommendations of places to go.

Un appartement trés bien situé, trés bien aménagé, propre et trés agréable. La personne en charge des clés nous attendait et a été à notre écoute par message.

We had a great time in Barcelona! Andrei's place was perfect and Mario did an excellent job showing us around and providing us with all sorts of resources for activities and restaurants! I would stay here again and look forward to visiting Barcelona and Andrei's place again soon!
