It is a practical base for enjoying the seafront while remaining well connected to central Barcelona.

Access

Guests have private use of the entire apartment and terrace, plus access to the shared adult and children’s pools, landscaped interior garden, children’s playground and two padel courts. To reserve a padel court, visit the sports-area booth and write your preferred time and name on the sheets kept in the box. Access to communal facilities is subject to the community’s schedules and rules.

Space

Bright entire apartment for up to 4 guests with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living/dining room and kitchen, private laundry room and furnished 10 m2 terrace. The main bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe; the separate bathroom has a shower. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and oven. The building has an elevator, and the complex offers pools, gardens, a playground and two padel courts.

Transit

The apartment is in Sant Marti, close to Diagonal Mar, Poblenou and Barcelona’s seafront. Public transport connections provide convenient access to the city centre and other Barcelona neighbourhoods. The exact address and arrival instructions are shared before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
