Für uns perfekte Lage, nahe der U-Bahn Station. Ruhig gelegen, kein Straßenlärm (Blick in einen Innenhof). Viele kleine Geschäfte und Lokale.

We would definitely return! Mario made us feel very welcome and showed us around the apartment. The rooftop was a favorite of ours with a gorgeous view of Sagrada Familia. We loved the neighborhood! It was very quiet in the evening.

The house was very clean, was well welcome by Alejandra, she explained thing very well. Stayed in Andrei’s place for a month and i would say the house is a little small when it comes to living room and kitchen area but good enough for a building in this area as it is a busy area one of the streets that is central and very busy with restaurants and shops on the weekend the street closes and you can walk around the very nice area. Many times they close the street and have people install stalls where food is sold and many other things. It’s well connected to the metro and buses and also easy to walk to the main attractions here in Barcelona. The entrance is small but i was able to move big boxed with me and also out with ease also the elevator helps you move your luggage. The terrace is pretty nice and private located on the roof. I would say if you’re here to have fun and like being around every main event and not miss a beat of Barcelona’s amazing experience this place is right for you.

Logement familial très clair dans un quartier facile d’accès. Beaucoup de visites possibles à pied et métro à 200 mètres. Restaurants et supérettes à proximité immédiate.
