Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar Strandutensilien (Schirme, Unterlagen, Handtücher) werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist mitten in Poblenou und trotzdem ruhig. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten an der Metro. Kaffes und Restaurants sind mannigfaltig in der der Nachbarschaft fußläufig erreichbar. Mario, der Verwalter, ist super nett, sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit bereit.
Olumlu Yönler: Konumu gayet iyi Bebekle ilgili tüm imkanlar sunuldu Ev sahibi iletişimi ve yönlendirmesi iyiydi. İlanda belirtilen tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. Evin bulunduğu sokak haftasonları trafiğe kapatılıyor. Vakit geçirmek için güzel ama hafta sonu geliyorsanız ve çok valiziniz varsa Plaza Espanya dan yürümeniz gerekiyor. Metro, toplu ulaşım, market ve restoranlara çok yakın. Dairenin kendine ait terası ve mobilyası mevcut (kullanmak için fırsatımız olmadı ama keyifli görünüyordu) Olumsuz Yönler: Gelmeden önce erken varacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen erken giriş yapamadık. Sadece valizlerimizi bıraktık, bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Check-in 15:00’de olmasına rağmen temizlik zamanında tamamlanmadı ve 16:30’da içeri girdik. Geç girmemize rağmen temizlik yeterli değildi. Apartman girişi ve asansör biraz küçük. Bebek arabası ile girmek zor. Evde genel olarak eşyaların yenilenmesi ve mutfak gereçlerinin artırılması gerekir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar kalabiliriz.

Andrei was amazing , he was helping my friends and I throughout our whole trip. He is very responsive and checked in everyday recommending things to do. Mario was who greeted us at the location and he was amazing , he told us everything we visit and how to get and what to avoid. He gave clear instructions and checked up on us as well. The apartment it self was very beautiful , especially the balcony ! Would rate them 100/10 if I could!
Soggiorno di 5 notti, casa come in foto. Unica pecca la ventola in bagno non sembrava funzionare molto bene. Per il resto era disponibile qualsiasi tipo di oggetto per le proprie necessità. Posizione comoda a due passi da due metro di cui una collegata al centro in modo diretto. Vicino a un supermercato con prezzi buoni. Consiglio questo soggiorno, la ragazza del check-in vi spiegherà molto bene la zona, e darà consigli molto utili per mangiare, muoversi, orari, e come svolgere al meglio il soggiorno.
