I rate the stay in the apartment positively. The apartment has an excellent location close to major attractions, with a big advantage being the short walking distance to the metro station as well as to grocery stores. The Sagrada Familia is about a 10-minute walk away, which is a great plus. On the first day, the apartment was a bit cold due to the winter season, but the heaters gradually warmed up the space and the following days were fine. The apartment could benefit from some minor updates and the replacement of a few older items, possibly a light renovation in the future, but this did not significantly affect the overall impression. Overall, I rate the stay as very pleasant, including the approach of the host. Communication was fast, the host provided us with plenty of useful information about the stay and recommended various places and activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.
The terrace makes the whole apartment! Clean, centrally located, the host was very helpful – explaining both about the apartment and also the city in general. Would highly recommend!
Gerard est un hôte accueillant et réactif. L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité du métro et de la gare de Sants. Le quartier est charmant, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et cafés. L’appartement est lumineux et agréable et les terrasses offrent une vue dégagée. À notre arrivée, tout était propre et bien rangé. Cependant, l’éclairage de l’appartement est un peu faible le soir et une odeur de canalisation est persistante. Les aboiements des chiens du voisin sont parfois dérangeants. La taxe de séjour est à ajouter au prix de la réservation. La chambre offre des rangements spacieux et le lit est confortable. Apportez un masque de nuit si vous aimez dormir dans le noir complet. Il n’y a pas de nuisances sonores venant de l’extérieur. Pas de lessive ni dosettes café à disposition. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le four car le joint était décollé, et il manquait des plats adaptés. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gerard.
We absolutely loved staying at Andrei and Alina’s apartment. It is spacious and clean – amazing views and beautiful big balcony which we loved relaxing on in the evenings. The area feels very safe, near the metro, and the apartment is well equipped! The lock got jammed, but Andrei and Alina were very responsive and helpful and the issue was sorted very fast/ lock was replaced.
Las sábanas de la cama matrimonial tenían una mancha y el agua caliente se termina y tarda mucho en volver a calentarse. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, el departamento es cómodo, bien ubicado y limpio.
