J’ai passé un mois dans cet appartement et c’était une très belle expérience. L’appartement est magnifique, très agréable à vivre et surtout incroyablement paisible — un vrai petit havre de paix. Au début, je n’étais pas totalement convaincu par le quartier. Mais après y avoir passé un peu de temps, j’ai réalisé que c’est justement le genre d’endroit qu’il faut apprendre à découvrir. Une fois qu’on s’y habitue, on se rend compte qu’il est en fait idéal : calme, pratique et très agréable au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour, surtout si vous avez l’occasion d’y rester un peu pour vraiment profiter de l’atmosphère du lieu.
Lugar cómodo, fresco y bien iluminado, tiene lo necesario para estancias de un mes o mas, se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de gracia que es muy agradable para salir a pasear y silencioso por la noche. Muchísimas opciones para comer y visitar, caminado llegas paseo de gracia, A la vuelta de la esquina esta la estación del bus y el metro lo cual lo hace excelente ubicación para moverse por todo barcelona fácil y rápido. Ante cualquier situación o duda acerca del departamento o la ciudad respondían casi de inmediato, se averió el aire acondicionado (escurría un poco de agua pero seguía enfriando) y al día siguiente mandaron a arreglarlo y quedo perfecto. La host amable, muy servicial y resolvía mis dudas respecto a como moverme por la ciudad. Una felicitación. Volvería sin dudarlo. Si vas en agosto te tocaran las fiestas de Gracia mucha gente, fiesta y cultura, muy buena experiencia. Excelente opción. Gracias por hacer mi experiencia en barcelona increíble.
Andrei & Alina are quick to reply and answer questions. Very convenient location and we felt safe. Appreciate having their associate Alejandra meet us at the front of the building when we arrived. She was very warm & welcoming and conveyed instructions and showed us how to get to the apartment door and gave us tips on supermarket (Mercadona is less than a block away and has everything one would need for their visit), restaurants (gave recommendations–there’s a lot within walking distance), and how easy it is to take the Metro anywhere in Barcelona and that a number of tourist attractions were definitely walkable from Andrei & Alina’s apartment. Hosts try to make the unit feel like home with the amenities they have available– books on Barcelona, spacious closets with more than enough hangers, clothes drying rack, cooking & dining utensils, practical single beds in each bedroom, even plug adapters (we brought our own but pleased that they had it there)… Thank you!
1. 5명이 출장으로 쓰기에 매우 적합한 숙소입니다. 2. 화징실이 리모델링 중이라서 샤워시설이 약간 비좁게 느껴졌습니다. 리모델링 후엔 좋아질 것 같습니다. 3. 사진에는 2층에 침대가 있는 것으로 설명이 되어 있었는데 도착해보니 2층은 그냥 소파와 테이블로 이루어져 있었습니다. 원래 있던 침대는 아래층으로 이동 한 것 같았구요. 4. 집열쇠는 하나밖에 없어서 5명이 단체로 이동해야 해서 약간 불편함이 있었습니다. 여분의 키를 같이 주셨으면 좋겠네요. 5. 옆집에서 새벽과 밤에 시끄럽게 하는 경우가 가끔 있었습니다. 대체로 만족스러운 숙소입니다.
Bonjour Andrei et son équipe son vraiment des excellents hôtes surtout aylen et Alex l emplacement est très proche station du métro à 20m de l appartement centre ville à 10m en métro le appartement un peu vieillott mais c est ce qui fait le charme de Barcelone j avais un petit soucis avec la porte le deuxième jour mais l intervention de aylen et Alex malgré que c était tard à facilité les choses je reviendrais inchallah et je recommande l appartement de Andrei pour ceux qui veulent explorer Barcelone.
We LOVED our stay here. A fabulous apartment. The outside space is a great bonus, & the location perfect.
We had a minor issue when something broke & it was fixed straight away!!! Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are considering Poblenou.
What a location. Near the quieter beaches, but with all the transport links into the city.
Superb restaurants too.
