Apartamento com localização muito boa, excelenete, espaçoso com todos utensilios. Ponto negativos do apartamento o Box do chuveiro o Ralo esta com problema e nao suga a água, alaga e molha todo o banheiro, verdadeiro caos ! Tem uma goteira e vazamento no teto logo na entrada, periodo de chuva esta molhando todo o piso no quarto de solteiro. Tirando esses dois itens que podem ser arrumados o aoartamento dentro da expectativa.
Important to be aware that this is 5th floor with no elevator and rather steep narrow stairs. It says it in the description; I just unfortunately missed it. The apartment was clean and had the necessary items for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. It was reasonably quiet, but, after all, it is Barcelona so some noise is expected. Bed was fairly comfortable. A bit soft for me, but it was fine for a few days. Andrei was very responsive and checked in often to make sure everything was going well; they shared recommendations and responded to questions quickly. The neighborhood was fine. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby, including a beautiful fresh market just a 5 minute walk away. No real complaints. Compared to BCN prices, it was also reasonably priced and a good deal.
