This apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities needed. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equally as modern.
The location was on the beachfront making it so accessible. A local mini mart shop just below which was so handy.
A 5 min walk from apartment were an array of bustling bars and restaurants on the main stretch leading to the beach and metro stations, the aquarium and la Rambla
Definitely will be stopping here again in the near future
We had a great stay at Andrei’s place! The apartment was nice and comfortable, and the person who welcomed us was very kind, helpful, and spoke Italian really well — which made everything easier for us. The only thing we would have appreciated was clearer information about the door and the fact that you shouldn’t insert the key into the upper lock, because we got locked out. And had to pay 100euro locksmith. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
Andrei’s place was optimally located at the edge of the Gracia district on a quiet street. The apartment is small, but worked well for myself and my cats. One thing to note: it is a pretty dark apartment. It does not have a balcony, but has access to hanging laundry outside (as one does in Spain), where you can catch a glimpse of daylight in between buildings. The location is fantastic with access to Calle de Vila de Gracia which has amazing food and shopping! Overall very happy with my stay there!
We had a really nice stay in the apartment. The area is safe and very nice; the location is great – close to central railway station and to metro lines 1,3 and 5. There are some nice places to eat nearby where locals eat out. Take some time to explore the area around, we enjoyed it very much. The only issue we had is lack of a decent knife (problems to cut bread).
We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend staying here. From the start, our host was incredibly communicative and provided us with useful local tips and a very thorough introduction to the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment itself was appeared very clean. The location was also amazing, with the Sagrada in view both from the balcony and as soon as you step out the door.
I had a great stay! Restful bed, good table for laptop, and the washing machine does as excellent job! The checkin agent, Marina, came after hours to check me in after my initial flight got canceled, was very friendly and gave me a lot of tips about the city and surroundings.
The cleaning policy is fair too, just take out the trash when you leave.
