Staying at this apartment was absolutely perfect. The location on spot on to walk almost anywhere and everywhere, or take the metro that is right down the street! The apartment itself felt like home. It was was clean, comfortable bed and a large shower with excellent water pressure. And the huge patio was a real selling point. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!
Tout était très bien : l’état de l’appartement, l’équipement fourni, la propreté ainsi que l’emplacement ( à 5 minutes à pieds de la station métro la plus proche) Seul bémol : le plancher en bois du couloir ainsi que celui des deux chambres à coucher grinçait très fortement, ce qui nous obligeait littéralement à marcher sur la pointe des pieds afin de ne pas faire du bruit par rapport aux voisins. À part ça, très bel appartement.
Lugar cómodo, fresco y bien iluminado, tiene lo necesario para estancias de un mes o mas, se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de gracia que es muy agradable para salir a pasear y silencioso por la noche. Muchísimas opciones para comer y visitar, caminado llegas paseo de gracia, A la vuelta de la esquina esta la estación del bus y el metro lo cual lo hace excelente ubicación para moverse por todo barcelona fácil y rápido. Ante cualquier situación o duda acerca del departamento o la ciudad respondían casi de inmediato, se averió el aire acondicionado (escurría un poco de agua pero seguía enfriando) y al día siguiente mandaron a arreglarlo y quedo perfecto. La host amable, muy servicial y resolvía mis dudas respecto a como moverme por la ciudad. Una felicitación. Volvería sin dudarlo. Si vas en agosto te tocaran las fiestas de Gracia mucha gente, fiesta y cultura, muy buena experiencia. Excelente opción. Gracias por hacer mi experiencia en barcelona increíble.
Fantastic apartment, clean and very well equipped, with awesome hosts. It’s a perfect choice if you wish to be among locals. Localization, near the Plaça d’Espanya, makes the place ideal for exploring the city. The bus stop is across the street. The subway is one street away. All you need is at your fingertips. Supermarkets, parks, restaurants and cafes. The street outside is noisy, but during weekends it is closed, so you can even forget you are still in the crowded Barcelona 🙂 We stayed there in September and we highly recommend that month. In September Barcelona celebrates the Merce festival which ends with a pyrotechnic show on the Plaça d’Espanya. What’s more, the weekend after the Merce24 ends, the Hostafrances area (where the apartment is located) turns into a street festival with a variety of food, clothes, and handicrafts. For children animations and other activities for all day long. Thank you Alejandra and Alina. The stay was flawless. We will come back 🙂
