Nice and clean apartment, with a cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we didn't like was the bathrooms, both of them are very tiny, and it wasn't easy to take a shower, especially for tall people.

Logement familial très clair dans un quartier facile d'accès. Beaucoup de visites possibles à pied et métro à 200 mètres. Restaurants et supérettes à proximité immédiate.

Très bel appartement, impeccable niveau propreté et literie, bien placé avec une terrasse magnifique et très confortable qui offre une très belle vue sur les toits de Barcelone. L’accueil était remarquable avec beaucoup de recommandations très utiles. Je recommande totalement.

Great place and great people. They were all very kind and supportive. The apartament os located close to Las Ramblas del Poblenou, so there is a lot of restaurants and stores realmente close by.

Excelente todo, el piso es super cómodo y espacioso, lo que seria interesante aclarar es que el acceso a la azotea y dormitorio ( tercero ) es por escaleras fuera del piso, saliendo del mismo al pasillo común. El resto todo genial.

It was a perfect stay. Everything was as Andrei described. We had everything needed with a very responsive and generous host. I’ll definitely try to book his place when I’m back in Barcelona!

I will definitely stay here again! The place is perfect and adorable. Spacious enough and when it’s nice outside the patio is a beautiful BONUS providing so much more living space and a beautiful view. The Spanish grocery store was easy to walk to just as Andrei said with great food and wine choices with unbelievably low prices. Everything Andrei recommended was great and he was such a fabulous HOST ! Location was awesome too. You will be very happy staying here!

Excellent appartement très agréable situé juste à côté du metro Poble-Sec, zone parfaite pour tout faire a pied et en metro a Barcelone. Literie confortable et logement fonctionnel, salle bain impeccable, climatisation dans toutes les pièces

Andrei was super fast at responding to everything and Mario was at the apartment waiting for us when we checked in. Mario also sent us a ton of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and we were able to walk to everything due to the location. Even though the building was in the heart of everything, we didn't hear noise at night once inside. The place was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the living room was very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but we didn't find that to be an issue. The only possible issue was a lingering cigarette odor, most likely from neighbors. I didn't smell anything myself, but my wife says it was there. She has a very sensitive nose, so I don't think many people would notice it, especially if you are coming from an area where it's common to smoke. Almost nobody smokes where we're from. Overall our stay was wonderful and an incredible value.
