It's our second time in the flat, we love it. The flat itself and the location. I hope we can book it again on our next visit to Barcelona. PS: Mario is an excellent host.

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά και όπως τα περιγράφει στο σάιντ. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μμμ και σε όλους τους δημοφιλής προορισμούς. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό και καθαρό. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχει είναι με την θέρμανση, ενώ έχει air condition στα δωμάτια δεν λειτουργούν μας είπαν, αλλά δεν υπήρχαν και τα τηλεχειριστήρια τους. :-( Υπήρχε μόνο ένα μικρό καλοριφέρ μπρίζας σε κάθε δωμάτιο που δεν ήταν επαρκή για ζέστη. Και αν τα ανάβεις όλα μαζί για να ζεστάνει το σπίτι και ανοίξεις και την κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα ενδέχεται να μείνει χωρίς ρεύμα το διαμέρισμα. Αυτό πάθαμε εμείς το πρωί πριν αναχωρήσουμε και δεν μπορέσαμε να βρούμε κανέναν και ήμασταν στο σκοτάδι και το κρύο για δύο ώρες.

Andrei’s space felt like a second home. A convenient spot— central to the metro, good coffee, food markets, and tapas spots! An oasis at the end of a long day of walking and exploring Barcelona! Would recommend for a group of travelers!

Andrea’s spot was amazing. Dry repinsive and lots of great recommendations for food, attractions, etc. Would definitely stay again !

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Andrei made the whole experience easy and smooth.

The flat made my trip in Barcelona perfect! Everything was true to the description, and Mario was really responsive with loads of recommendations about the city. Overall, I strongly recommend here to anyone who plans to visit Barcelona. Location - super close to the metro station and walkable distance from the centre. With 24/7 supermarket near and Lidl 2 minute by foot. Even at night, it was peaceful. Bed (3 adults) - Bedroom was as shown in the photos. Although the sofa bed could be a bit squeaky, it was big enough for two adults to sleep in. And the sofa bed is not the sofa in the living room and is in a separate space, which offers a lot more space even without putting it back every morning. The most I was worried about was the beds, but I shouldn't have. Everyone had a nice sleep every night. Kitchen, Bathroom, Balcony - same as the photos, nice & clean!

Schoon appartement op gunstige locatie. De warme kraan in de badkamer heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing, maar zodra je die door hebt is het prima douchen. Bedden lijken wat verouderd en niet allemaal even comfortabel. Gehorig pand, maar de buren houden daar goed rekening mee en ‘S avonds is het dan ook stil en rustig.

Ottima esperienza , l host mario super gentile e super professionale , ci ha fornito un sacco di indicazioni , ristoranti, supermarket ecc , casa super accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli con vista spettacolare e sopratutto collegata benissimo con tutta la citta.

Great house and host!!

We had a great time in this apartment, and it's just in the heart of Barcelona. Plenty of restaurants, museums and landmarks nearby. Also great that they let you bring your dog. I would recommend 100%.

The apartment is very spacious, modern, cozy, comfortable with very nice views, and extremely well equipped. You feel like you are at home. Everything was working properly. Stayed more than a month and had no issue at all - everything worked perfectly. Neighbours were very kind. The location is great, 2-min walking from 3 different subway lines, next to city and regional buses' stops. You can get to the center in less than 10 minutes by subway, and if you are keen to walk, you can get there in 20 min or so. You also have a big shopping mall, large supermarkets and 24h convenience stores in a few minutes walking. Bcn's central train station is 10-15 minutes walking. Then, you have the hills right behind the apartment, so you can take a nice walk while disconnecting from the busy city. The hosts - Andre and Alina were very responsive and extremely helpful. Any inquiry was responded in a matter of minutes. Many thanks. I strongly recommend both the apartment and the hosts. 10/10

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. L’accès aux transports est très facile et à proximité de l’appartement. Mario à été très indulgent malgré notre arrivée très tardive. L’unique bémol, des voisins bruyants…
