Good Central location close to the beach and great place to stay if you’re on a budget. Quiet at night. High street with lots of restaurants nearby, close to public transport. Would recommend staying here as a couple if you travel in a pair, as there is really only one proper bed. Good timely communication and local recommendations from the hosts.

Great check-in process, good support all along. Nice apartment, well-located and super terrace. This is why I recommend this apartment. However, being on the last floor has many advantages: great terrace, great views but because the elevator engine is somewhere close, you can hear the lift going up and down when you are in the bedroom. The kitchen is small and with no real light so better eat outside.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Apartment und in Barcelona. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet, ins Zentrum braucht man so ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend um das Apartment hat uns auch super gefallen. Shops, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt vor Ort. Wir wurden zum Check-In von Mario empfangen, der und alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Er hat und außerdem viele Empfehlungen für verschiedene Sachen gegeben. Er war super nett! Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, sogar einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man rauchen kann. Zwei kleine Dinge sind uns negativ aufgefallen. Einmal die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs, das war nicht wirklich sauber. Aber auch das war kein Problem, wir haben es gespült und dann war alles gut. Die zweite Sache sind die Betten. Die Matratzen und der Lattenrost sind sehr durchgelegen und nicht bequem. Wir haben uns dann dazu entschieden die Matratze auf den Boden zu legen, so haben wir besser geschlafen. Ansonsten können wir aber nur positives über die Unterkunft sagen und würden wiederkommen.

we really enjoyed our time in this apartment. The three bedrooms were great for a couple with one or two kids, and the living area and balcony are pretty big and with a lot of light and nice view of the Sagrada Familia. There was more car noise than I was expecting on the 5th floor, and sound travels throughout the building pretty easily so bring ear plugs or white noise if that bothers you (but it wasn't too bad)

Un departamento fuera de serie!! Hermoso, ventilado limpio, muy comodo. Para sentirte como en casa en Barcelona. Con una hermosa vista a Sagrada Familia. Muchos comercios de cercania. Andando 10 ' a Plaza Catalunia. Todo equipado para disfrutar del descanso y de esa bonita ciudad. Felicitaciones.

The apartment was great. Kitchen well stocked, super clean apartment. The patio terrace was amazing. Great location, close to metro and grocery stores, bars and restaurants. We walked to most sights. It was a great visit and I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und wie beschrieben, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona und wurden gut betreut!

The Airbnb was very clean and the location was very central to everything. Mario, who greeted us, had excellent recommendations and was very helpful. The hosts were quick and responsive to our questions. What we didn’t realize before booking this stay was that a 4-star hotel in the same location would have been much cheaper, so I would say that if you don’t need a kitchen or living room (we didn’t use either), you can get better value for your money elsewhere. The toiletries provided are also very spartan (we were only given a combined hair + body wash) so you might want to pack your own things like conditioner and body lotion.
