Escape to our serene 3-bedroom apartment in the vibrant heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district. Just minutes from Girona Metro and surrounded by charming bars and eateries, this space combines contemporary comfort with local flair.

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways. 2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. 3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. 6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking. 7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days. 8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash). 9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending. 10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock. 11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

A well-equipped kitchen, complete with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal. Exclusive Amenities: Comfort assured with air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom. Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi, and an Ethernet connection for uninterrupted online access. Additional comforts include a full range of household amenities from an iron and extra pillows to a comprehensive array of kitchenware and dining essentials. Outdoor Features: Enjoy our lovely backyard and outdoor dining area on the terrace, perfect for evening meals or morning coffee. Accessibility is easy with an elevator and a single-level layout, suitable for all ages and perfect for long-term stays. If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick. Is this a work trip? Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be. Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
