Experience the charm of Barcelona in this inviting three-bedroom apartment, perfect for up to six guests. Located just a short walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia and near the Sagrada Familia metro station, this apartment offers both convenience and comfort.

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways. 2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. 3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. 6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking. 7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days. 8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash). 9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending. 10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock. 11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage. Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
