We had a great stay in Andrei's apartment! The location is fantastic, and the apartment itself was very large and spacious! Andrei was continuously in touch to ensure we has a great stay, and was able to solve any issues we had immediately!

This is a great apartment for long term stays in Barcelona. The location in Gràcia is amazing and walking distance to metro that connects you to the rest of the city.

Perfect location to explore Barcelona. Cozy bathroom and kitchen, but otherwise plenty of space and comfortable. Would stay here again.

This place is on a great location, very close by the beach and cafes etc. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, the place was clean. We came with two adults and a twelve year old, which is basically three adult bodies. I wouldn’t do that again -although we did fit, it was not a comfortable fit. For two people the place is great though!

It was our first time visiting Barcelona, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The view was exquisite, and the location was ideal for exploring, getting to the metro, or simply finding a great place to eat nearby. Andrei and Alina showed great hospitality and communicated with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasant stay, the location was perfect and the apartment was nicely furnished for its size and the price. What I liked the most was the easy communication and the very straightforward check-in and check-out.

Andrei's apartment had all the amenities one would need when traveling. It made our stay in Barcelona very enjoyable. Special mention to the warm welcome and the flexible check-in / check-out

We had a wonderful stay at Andrei’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient for food options. It is a 10-15 minute train to many other neighborhoods, but two metro lines are very close to the apartment. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator, so just be aware of that when booking. All in all, we had a great stay—Mario was very helpful when checking in and gave many great recommendations for our stay!

really nice apartment close to the beach

Très bon séjour, nous avons eu un soucis au niveau de la douche, Andrei a été très réactif et nous a envoyé un réparateur dès la fin de la journée ! Logement bien placé seul bémol : les pompiers qui passent jours et nuits avec la sirène…. qui la nuit peuvent réveiller.. à part cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour grâce aux conseils d’Andrei et son logement.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication was clear and key hand-over went smoothly! A spacious 3 bedroom apartment of which one is equied with airco, a must-have during summer! Well equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms is great and if the temperature is enjoyable, the terrace is a nice add-on! Also important nowadays (especially for kids!)... WiFi works very well! The apartment was centrally located, metro station 3min walk, Sagrada 15min, Ramblas 18min. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the supermarket downstairs! Can recommend the apartment for a holiday stay!
