Really amazing choice. Andrei and his team were very responsive with whatever we needed. The place was clean and in the perfect location. Exactly as described! Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful spot close to the Arc de Triumf. The space is cozy - not fantastic for hosting people or staying in, but very comfortable to come back and wind down before bed. A little far from gothic quarter, but close enough that taxi’s weren’t too high a price. Mario was wonderful and proactive, sending us many recommendations and being very helpful during our stay. Would recommend for a large group of travelers looking to experience the city of Barcelona.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Andrei's place. From the moment I booked we began communicating and they were extremely accommodating with check in/out times. The place was as described and in a good location near Sagrada Familia as well as a short taxi from the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to a future guest.

Mario met us personally to check in. Took a lot to explain to us about the Airbnb and what to do around. He was very helpful and sent me a lot info. Place was as described. Close to metro. Clean. Lovely stay.

Great location and really nice flat! Host was super organised and provided lots of info. Only 2 small downsides are that walls in the old building are very thin so you can hear everything the neighbours are doing (like late night tv watching!) from the Neón bedroom, so bring ear plugs! And it’s about 6 flights of stairs with no lift, so good exercise but worth bearing in mind!

Ich bin unglaublich freundlich willkommen geheißen worden und habe mich in der Wohnungen sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und die perfekte Lage: strandnah und mitten in der Rambla. Jederzeit wieder.

Andrei was very communicative from the time of booking, providing relevant information and clear instructions which made check-in very easy. The apartment was very spacious and had a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, all stocked with plenty of appropriate items. The balcony was very big, with a view of beautiful buildings including Sagrada Familia. Andrei’s friend who managed check-in was responsive throughout the stay for any needs. Overall, this property was managed very well, and was a perfect place for my 3 friends and I to stay for a week (though we wish we stayed longer).

Thank you for welcoming us. Mario who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful and you have been very flexible. The flat is nicely located and easy to reach to. We have been able to visit a lot of places on foot and connections, when needed, were very easy.

The apartment was Spartan which suited us fine as we did not spend a lot of time there. We just went to sleep at the end of busy days touring Barcelona. The person who oriented us to the place was very thorough. He even showed us where to hail a cab and get grocery essentials (very short walk). The Platelets restaurant across the street had outstanding food at reasonable prices. I slept in the twin beds which were a bit hard for my comfort so the next night I moved to the sofa bed and slept extremely well. We felt safe and secure in the apartment. There was a nice big bottle of drinking water in the fridge for us. We would stay here again. Although you can see the Sagrada Familia from the upstairs terrace, we took a cab there (quite cheap) in order to have energy to tour the basilica. Parking was about 2 blocks away and the garage was very secure. A good stay.

A great quiet stay in Barcelona!! We really wanted to visit the Gotjic quarters and vibrant corners of this city, but get a good night rest at the end of the night. Comfortable beds, and really nice to have the washing machine and drying line. Great shops and cafes nearby, and a ton of recommendations!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement d'Andrei. Il est très réactif aux questions. Son guide de recommandations est très utile. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. La situation de l'appartement est parfaite pour faire du tourisme à Barcelone, pratique aussi pour le metro. Je recommande.

The owners friend Mario communicated very well and showed up what we needed to know upon arrival. He helped us out a lot with any question we came across! For the apartment being on the 5th floor it was tiring to get our suitcases up all the stairs. On Tuesdays there is no water in the building for a time period as well. But overall, worth the stay, thank you!
