Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage! Die Dachterrasse hat uns viele Sonnenstunden und einen fabelhaften Ausblick beschert! Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die Matratzen. Die Schlafcouch ging für uns gar nicht (die Kinder fanden es mit ihrem Gewicht ok), das andere Bett war leider auch nicht sehr rückenfreundlich. Der Kontakt mit Mario war sehr freundlich, wir haben viele nützliche Tipps bekommen und waren sehr umsorgt. Danke nochmal!

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung, in super Lage. Perfekt für zwei Leute. Alles war wie angegeben. Unser Gastgeber war sehr nett und und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Nachts ist es angenehmen ruhig. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! :))

Thank you for welcoming us. Mario who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful and you have been very flexible. The flat is nicely located and easy to reach to. We have been able to visit a lot of places on foot and connections, when needed, were very easy.

Probably the best place I stayed during my week long trip in Spain. Amazing location with such a great apartment. We had 4 guests sleep there with one on the couch and everyone was perfectly comfortable and the balcony alone should get this apartment 6 stars. Terrific views of the city and considering you have such a great view of Sagrada Familia it’s so worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very nice flat in a cool neighborhood with many bars and restaurants. Very easy to communicate with Andrei and to find the flat. full recommendation

appartement très propre, literie très confortable et très bien situé pour faire plusieurs visites à pied, taxi à proximité si besoin. hote Andrei, Victoria et Mario très disponibles et accueillants.

Barcelona is an amazing city but having this apartment as our home base made our trip so much better. Located within walking distance of so many excellent shops and restaurants. If the distance was too far, the Metro station is a very short distance away. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and enjoy the city sounds in the evening. We actually never sat on the furniture inside the apartment because we spent all our time on the balcony. We were met by Mario who explained all the amenities of the apartment well. He then sent us recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. When we visit Barcelona again, we will book our dates around the availability of this apartment... it was that good! The only negative is the elevator noise which you can hear in the bedroom but that seemed to stop around 10pm... or we were so tired from seeing the sites that we didn't hear it while sleeping. 100% recommend this great place!

Excelente ubicación cerca de lineas de metro y buses. Buena vista y espacios adecuados. El ruido del trafico es a ciertas horas bastante alto. Una cómoda y central base para una visita de tres días a Barcelona. Anfitriones muy preocupados. Con gusto alojará de nuevo aqui.

Un appartement qui a su répondre à nos attentes. Placé à une bonne dizaine de minutes de la Sagrada Familia!

Staying at this apartment was absolutely perfect. The location on spot on to walk almost anywhere and everywhere, or take the metro that is right down the street! The apartment itself felt like home. It was was clean, comfortable bed and a large shower with excellent water pressure. And the huge patio was a real selling point. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

A very spacious and clean room to Book. Lots of things to do in near by areas. Located in a quite neighborhood! Absolutely loved it !

Andrew's place is great. Conveniently located near the Place Espagnol, easily accessible from the airport, and Andrew communicates very easily. Would stay again anytime soon

Perfect place in Barcelona, great places to eat and very walkable distance to the train!

Mario was superb! He checked us in and out in a very timely manner. He introduced us to the apartment and its amenities. The place is cozy, and well-located. We were happy to stay there!
