Our family enjoyed staying at Andrei’s flat. The location was great and walking distance to a lot of small cafes and restaurants. It was great being able to walk everywhere and the metro was only a short walk alway. The flat was in great shape and very clean. Mario our person of contact was very kind and responsive. He offered great restaurant and site seeing recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Eine wirklich schöne kleine Wohnung mit Dachterrasse, ordentlich ausgestattet und schön gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten dank der Lage alles gut erreichen. Zum Teil zu Fuß oder direkt um die Ecke per Metro. Über den Dächern von Barcelona! Wow und muchas Gracia. 🤗

Excellent neighborhood with many bars and restaurants. Close to transit and centrally located to other districts. Flat was great with laundry washer and dryer included. The stairs were fine but could see them being a problem for older people or bad knees.

Me and my friends came to Barcelona for a long weekend. Andrei’s place is located in a very good area with a lot of nice restaurants, small bars, markets and shops. We really enjoyed it! The agent (Mario) was super helpful and gave a full explanation how things work in the house, sent a lot of recommendations what we can visit and where we can eat etc. Also, when we discovered the hairdryer was broken Mario brought a new one within a few hours, which was very quick and helpful! Highly recommended to stay in this accommodation, definitely worth it!

Amazing bnb! It was such a great location. Super close to main landmarks like the Arc de Triumf & la Sagrada Familia. Very walkable but easy to catch a cab or Uber. Super clean and the host sent so many amazing recommendations!! 100% recommend!

L'appartement est conforme aux descriptions, propre et fonctionnel. Il est bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Mario nous a accueilli lors notre arrivée et nous a communiqué de bonnes adresses .

Ottima posizione sia se vuoi spostarti a piedi sia con i mezzi pubblici. Condominio tranquillo, appartamento perfetto per 5 persone. La casa spaziosa con un bel terrazzo. Il proprietario super disponibile e gentile, non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema durante il soggiorno.

Accommodation is located in the city center, near metro and the bus station. Apartment is cozy and clean, but there is a very small bathroom. We spent nice time there. I can recommend to stay here.

Everything was nice

Compleet en precies wat je nodig hebt. De buurt 5 min verderop in de avond waar je doorheen moet om naar ramblas etc te komen wordt niet aangeraden om daar te lopen. Verder niets op aan te merken

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was in walking distance or easy to reach via either metro and bus. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and you can enjoy lots of great food nearby. All three of us liked the flat, but we also felt the space was a little too small (especially the bathroom). Nevertheless, we would book again.

Le logement d'Andréi est très bien situé, à un quart d'heure à pied des Ramblas, sinon une station de métro à proximité qui permet d'accéder très rapidement à tous les plus beaux sites à visiter. Le logement est très bien , fonctionnel et propre. L'isolation phonique n'est pas très bonne mais c'est un appartement dans un immeuble ... Merci à Andréi et peut-être à une autre fois.

My family and I were very comfortable at this cosy place. The loft above especially allowed us to spend family time together while still getting some privacy. The recommendations for things to do, places to go and travel options where definitely appreciated as well. There were many restaurants as well super markets nearby, which made meals very easy.

We absolutely loved our stay in Barcelona. The location was amazing. We walked everywhere.. to great restaurants (highly suggest Michelin star restaurant Mont Bar), to the beach, to the Sagrada Familia. We walked 30 km in our first week! We also loved that the bedroom was comfortable and quiet after all of our walking! The outdoor space was also amazing. Whenever we were back at the apartment we were sitting on the terrace overlooking the city. We could not have asked for a better location for our honeymoon. I'd also like to give five stars to Mario, who helped us check in late when we got stuck at the Amsterdam airport and was super helpful with recommendations and communication throughout the week. We super appreciated him!
