Nous avons apprécié le confort et l’emplacement du logement. Très propre et calme, ni trop près ni trop loin de « l’hyper centre ».
Nous avons signalé un problème d’évacuation d’eau qui a été pris en considération dans les meilleurs délais.

Aangekomen, hebben we onze bagage op het kantoor achtergelaten, zeer hartelijk ontvangst.
s'middags in het appartement aangekomen, was onze host Sol aanwezig, zeer kundige lieve nette dame, die ons wegwijs maakte met alle ins en outs.
als alle te verhuren appartementen een dame als Sol heeft, komt het allemaal goed en hebben we altijd een zeer goed verblijf, dank voor jullie hulp, wij zijn als gezin, zeer tevreden.

L'appartement est agréable et bien placé. L'accueil de Mario était sympa. Pour les points négatifs je dirais qu'il manque des supports (notamment dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes) et qu'on aurait aimé avoir quelques "plus" comme par exemple un peu de lessive pour la machine à laver. Les lits pourraient aussi être améliorés. Toutefois, cet endroit est tout à fait recommandable pour un séjour entre amis.

Andrei's place was perfect for our needs! It's in a great area, close to a lot of great things and the place was immaculate. Thank you!

Alles super Unterkunft schöner als erwartet

Apartment extremely clean, well equipped and in a very good location. We traveled with a baby and a crib was provided for her. Andrei and Mario helped us quickly throughout our stay. We recommend and would stay with them again.

The terrace makes the whole apartment! Clean, centrally located, the host was very helpful - explaining both about the apartment and also the city in general. Would highly recommend!

Good location, very comfortable beds and very friendly, helpful hosts. We had a great time in Barcelona, and could walk to a range of wonderful parts of the city from this apartment.

Our stay was very good, we found ourselves needing a space to stay last minute and the host was very responsive and we were able to check in within a couple of hours. The location is amazing, busy loud street but I loved it, becomes pedestrian on weekends ! The space has everything that we needed for the entire time, and the owners who we were lucky to meet, are great people. Thank you for everything.

I had a very pleasant stay at Andrei's. The apartment is quite cosy, and the neighborhood is packed with great bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend this place, even though you need to be ready for the 5th floor apartment with no elevator ツ
