We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het appartement ligt in een supersfeervollle straat, vol met leuke buurtwinkels, cafés en restaurants, waar veel locals komen. Het appartement ligt aan de achterkant van het huizencomplex, daardoor heb je geen last van straatgeluiden. Je moet wel een goede conditie hebben om bij het appartement te komen, want het zijn heel veel smalle trappen op ;-) De kleine ruimte heeft een goede indeling, ik reisde samen met mijn zoon en we hadden allebei onze eigen kamer. Het is gezellig ingericht met (oude) meubels. Het eiland staat deels op wielen en is daardoor een beetje wankel. De keukenbenodigdheden waren net wat weinig, zo waren er bijvoorbeeld geen dinerborden. Voor twee mensen genoeg kopjes etc. maar voor vier zou het weinig zijn. De communicatie is perfect. Ik mocht iets eerder al naar binnen en op de laatste dag een uurtje langer blijven. Heel fijn! Je krijgt veel tips en ze houden tijdens het verblijf contact.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z apartamentu. Wszystko zgodne z opisem a nawet więcej! Lokalizacja? Chyba nie ma lepszej w całej Barcelonie. Codzienne wschody słońca ze swojego apartamentu były niesamowite. Bardzo miły gospodarz. Kontakt był o każdej porze dnia. Czysto, schludnie. Na pewno tak wrócimy! Dziękujemy 🇵🇱

Logement dans Poblenou, un quartier tres sympathique, proche des plages et du metro pour se rendre dans le centre de Barcelone. Suffisament spacieux et bien anénagé.

Good position, cleaned house, very kind and available host

Appartamento grazioso e spazioso, molto comodo alla fermata della metropolitana (Clot). Accoglienza perfetta da parte di Alejandra che ci ha dato anche molti suggerimenti sulla città. Ottima comunicazione con i proprietari prima e durante la partenza. Solo una piccola precisazione: le due camere piccole non hanno le porte e quindi c'è poca privacy. Per noi non è stato un problema perchè era un viaggio di famiglia. Ringrazio Alina e Andrei per l'ottimo servizio.

Very easy to get to from airport. Extremely well located- we walked everywhere from the apartment and saw all the Barcelona sights. Very clean and well equipped. Very helpful to be met and welcomed by Mario. A bit of party noise from neighbours over Easter weekend-normal life in apartment block. It’s not quite as ‘brand new decorated’ as listing might imply but the apartment is otherwise exactly as described. Very clean on arrival and relief to have a ‘no faff’ shower - hot on, add cold to preferred temperature. Easy! 👍. It is a shame there is no balcony (it doesn’t claim to have) but nice to get spring sunshine through large window in living room. We had a great week exploring Barcelona from the apartment- the building feels safe and secure and a good, well located base to come back to during the day. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful with recommendations and responsive with questions. The loft has lots of character. Close walk to the beach and metro. An awesome cafe/coffee shop right at the corner where we enjoyed coffee and baked goods every morning. The rambla only a short walk from the loft and lots of there with many shops. Would definitely stay again.

Mario (the man I was in contact with throughout my stay) literally couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming or friendly. He showed me absolutely everything I could possibly need to know when checking in. He sent me an extensive list of places to go / restaurants nearby etc & was always on hand to answer any questions with quick response times. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, dojazd do centrum bardzo szybko, w pobliżu dużo sklepów spożywczych. Udało zameldować się nam wcześniej za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni. Mario jest świetną osobą wytłumaczył wszystko oraz wysłał informacje o okolicy. Licze na to że w przyszłości ponownie skorzystam z tego apartamentu :)

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, está a 15 minutos a pie de la Basílica de la Sagrada Familia y a 10 minutos de Casa Batlló. Tiene buen tamaño y es fiel a las imágenes que se muestran en el anuncio. Mario, quién nos recibió nos dio muchas recomendaciones de restaurantes, supermercados y de cómo movernos en la ciudad.

Very nice stay in Barcelona! Easy to work remote and good location for sightseeing. Mario was very helpful and kind.

Very nice flat and great communication. Will definitely consider booking it again when I return to Barcelona.
