I booked Andrei's place for 3 nights and I'm more than happy that I booked this place. First of all the apartment is clean and has everything that you need, is fully equipped with a comfy bed, washing machine, oven plate to cook, ironing board and iron to do your clothes, hot water all the time and air-conditioning, sofa, table with chairs to eat, basically you will have everything that you need for a good holiday. the apartment is in a very good neighbourhood, plenty of good restaurants, beach is about 5 minutes walking, you got bus station very close to the apartment., plus the apartment is not very far from major attractions like Sagarada familia, Casa Batello, Park Guell and so on... I didn't use the public transport I used taxi but to all this major tourist attractions I didn't payed more than 15 euros. I want to say thanks to Andrei and Alina for having me in their flat and I definitely recommend the flat, the owners for their services. Best regards, Ionel Todoran.

It was a beautiful apartment near the beach and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 children (ages 6 & 7). Was perfect. Would stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout.

This place was absolutely perfect, location right on the beach, close to local area restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay again!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado , el anfitrión fue muy cortés en todo momento, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la limpieza del suelo de la cocina y parte de los baños, pero se solucionó sin problemas.

Lovely penthouse, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. There are 2 full ensuites with 2 toilets.
The lift directly to the apartment makes it very safe.
Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona

Very well located accommodation, in the center, close to a pedestrian area and the Sagrada. 3 very convenient bedrooms and a balcony! Thanks to Mario who was very welcoming and responsive.

We used this apartment as a three-generation family (total of 7 people): my parents, myself, my husband's sister, and our two teenage children. This apartment had 4 bedrooms, one for each of us, so it was perfect for us. The very large living room and kitchen were perfect for family get-togethers, and there was a table and chairs on the balcony where we could chill out. There was an elevator to access the apartment, which was very convenient. Abbiamo utilizzato questo appartamento per un viaggio di famiglia di tre generazioni (in totale sette persone): i miei genitori, noi, la sorella di mio marito ei nostri due figli adolescenti. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato molto comodo grazie all'ascensore.

Everything was super organized, clean and easy to access.

Mario greeted us and told us all about the property he was really friendly and said if ever we need anything we can contact him at any time. Really nice property with a great location in Gracia.

Very communicative hosts, very nice apartment (as described) with smooth check in-out. Definitely recommend.
