Great location and less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Steps to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Apt is clean with everything you need and the price you can’t beat. Highly recommended.

This is a luxurious, wonderful place to stay in BCN, so I’ll be staying there again for a return stay this summer. The apartment is clean, comfortable, pretty well stocked kitchen (all basics), and the front desk/reception staff is a really nice perk — super responsive. Roof is stunning.

The condo was everything we hoped for. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the beach, clean, and walkable to plenty of restaurants. The experience we had was absolutely amazing!

The place is very inviting an feels like a home away from home. Great location from the beach. Mario gave an amazing introduction an made sure we were all set.

We loved it although can be noisy sometimes due to traffic.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location is top tier, the check in was extremely organized, and the apartment is extremely convenient. Can’t wait to be back!

Really nice listing in a quiet area. But the tram is right out front so you can get anywhere. Close walk to the beach too. Excellent communication from Host. This is the second time I have stayed here. And there is a pool too!

Place was nice and close to main shopping and dining street. The only draw back (which is to me was so important since my daughter and her friends were staying there alone for summer school) is that no car can drop you at the door steps of the building and thus they had to walk a bit and the street at night was supper unsafe. As a matter of fact, my son went to Barcelona for a couple of days for a visit, and some street buys hit him and stole his gold neckless. It wasn't the greatest experience for him. At the end of the day, I am glad nothing happened to my daughter nor her friends. The place is ideal if you will be staying with your family and friends, but don't try to walk alone.

I had a nice stay at Andrei’s place. The location near the beach cannot be beat for someone that enjoys the beach. It was easy for me to reach the trains and busses, and Andrei and his staff provided many local suggestions which were appreciated.

A cozy apartment for a nice stay in Barcelona. The apartment is super close to the metro with tons of restaurants. Highly recommended for younger couples and people who are adventurous. The apartment is located in a very LGBT community if you know what I mean. I enjoyed the area and people. If I go back to Barcelona I will try and book this spot again. Keep in mind the stairs are a challenge if you’re out of shape and lazy. Otherwise I enjoyed the challenge of walking 5 flights of stairs. Don’t get this apartment if you’re older or super heavy.

Our stay at Andrei’s and Alina’s place was incredible! They provided us with many helpful insights and instructions, the accomodation had everything we could wish for - AC, fans, free washing maschine and clothing rack (outside and inside), kitchenware (they even provided us with cooking oil!), an umbrella for the hot sun of July Barceloneta sun. We had an amazing view of Sagrada Familia and the hospital. Metro and other public transport options were close (during check-in they explained to us how to get to places), furthermore we lived on a street that had great restaurants and a promenade - only escooters and bikes passed by. Highly recommend and looking forward to future stays at the accommodations of these hosts!

Tutto Appartamento centralissimo, a 300 metri da piazza catalugna dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari: lavatrice, stendipanni, phon, ferro da stiro, bollitore, macchinetta caffe sia moka che nespresso, forno tradizionale + formo micronde, frigorifero, tostapane, Tv e wifi comodissima, condizionatori fantastici visto il caldo in questo mese di luglio, la temperatura è stata ottima nonostante l’attico fosse al 8 piano di una palazzina molto silenziosa, letti materassi e cuscini comodi. Il tavolo da pranzo è posizionato in una terrazza a vetri chiusa e panoramica che offre moltissima luce ed è delizioso fare colazione la mattina presto! Mario ci ha accolti anticipando il check in visto che il nostro volo atterrava la mattina presto e ci ha indicato tutti gli itinerari fattibili in 3 giorni a Barcellona. Inoltre ci ha indicato un comodissimo supermercato (ALDI) a 100 metri dall’appartamento, più vari link di ristoranti e punti panoramici della città. Siamo stati benissimo se torneremo qualche weekend a Barcellona sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento. Da migliorare: magari un asciugamano per la doccia in più non guasterebbe

Great place to stay by the beach. Very clean and walkable.

The air bnb was very nice, it had AC, a couch with a fold out bed, all the kitchen and bathroom amenities that one would need, but the price for the location we were in was a little high. We were also hit with another charge upon arrival that we were not made aware of before hand.

The home was large and comfortable. Great, safe neighborhood close to everything. Small elevator if you’re claustrophobic no problem for us.

Välkomnandet var helt perfekt och lägenheten var toppen! Den var stor och hade en härlig balkong. Det var en överraskning och en bonus att balkongen hade utsikt över Sagrada Familia. Kommunikationerna runt lägenheten var kanonbra och vi tog oss enkelt överallt. Vi trivdes jättebra! Tack så mycket 😊

Great location, close to the beach and great cafes and restaurants. Had a very local feel. Moises was incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and would come again.
