¡Nos encantó el departamento! 😍 Está muy bien ubicado, es amplio, cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una excelente estadía en Barcelona. El único detalle a considerar es que el ascensor llega entre pisos, por lo que hay que subir o bajar medio piso por las escaleras. En nuestro caso, como viajábamos con una niña pequeña y su coche, se nos hacía un poquito más complicado. Pero fue solo un pequeño detalle, porque en términos generales estuvimos muy cómodos, disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía y ¡sin duda volveríamos felices! ❤️

El apartamento es excelente, está muy bien ubicado, muy bien equipado, bastante amplio, en un quinto piso con vista a la Basílica de la Sagrada Familia en el cuarto principal. Volvería sin dudarlo

The apartment matches the description, although the second bedroom is really small and basically only fits a single bed. We encountered some issues with the water temperature regulation in the shower and a leaking showerhead. It took the host a week to fix these issues however, the temperature regulation remained a little tricky. The elevator was broken several times during our stay, and although the apartment is on the first floor, it was difficult to get up with the baby stroller. Overall, the apartment is good for a short-term stay. The location is great, it’s safe, and there are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, especially for the price, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the apartment was just as lovely. Everything was very well organized, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Mario was great—very helpful and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions as well as useful advice and recommendations for our two days there, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was great and we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nos dimos cuenta que las seguridades de las ventanas y puerta de la terraza no funcionaban, es decir, no cerraban. También creo que no esta bien especificado que el impuesto de 10.45 euros es por dia y claro por persona. Todo lo demás excelente!

Had a really great stay. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, bars, the beach and bus stops/metros to get into central Barcelona. The place itself is super cute and was a great set up for our group of friends!

Genuinely wonderful apartment with the perfect location, its near ramblas but avoiding the noisy small streets which should be avoided in Barcelona. The property is managed really well, this place is perfect for a family for medium stays in Barcelona.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym mieszkaniu, jest zgodne z opisem, a zdjęcia oddają obraz rzeczywisty. Jest czyste i zadbane. Dwa balkony dodają uroku i dużo światła. Kuchnia odpowiednio wyposażona, a wiatraki (poza klimatyzacją) w pokojach dają dużą ulgę w gorące dni i noce. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu dobre restauracje, sklepy i metro z dwoma liniami, które prowadzą do najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Mario, który jest pomocny. Jak będzie okazja wrócimy do tego mieszkania. Polecamy.

Some facilities are not working very well. The hot water supply is unstable. Some times we have to shower with cold water.

I like the location very much. We can see the Sagrada Família through the master bedroom window. It was a stunning view. The apartment was spacious with four bedrooms and a large dining room. It was an old apartment, but with air conditioning.
