Our small family had a very happy summer together staying here. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and the nearby HostaFrancs market. The metro is also very close. The street is quite busy, but not touristy, and when the windows are closed it’s very quiet. We were happy with the quick communication from Andrei and colleagues when needed.
Nous avons apprécier l’emplacement, proche de la mer et du skate parc. Le quartier est calme mais il y a pas mal de resto, bar et supermarché à proximité. L’appartement est chaleureux et bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien! Nous avons été accueilli par Mario, très sympa, qui nous a tout expliqué sur le fonctionnement de l’appartement. Nous le remercions chaleureusement pour sa flexibilité car nous avons été malade la veille et nous avons pu décaler notre arrivée d’une journée!
The apartment is incredibly spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 1 terrace, and 3 balconies. The terrace and each balcony offer breathtaking views of the Sagrada Familia and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need; there’s a desk for working in the apartment, WiFi connection is decent. The apartment is stylishly and warmly furnished, featuring many vintage pieces that fit perfectly and create a unique 70-80s vibe. The location is ideal for exploring the city – you can reach almost any spot within a 20-40 minute walk. You can also access two key metro lines in 5-10 min walk. It was the best option we could find to start our journey in getting to know Barcelona. We stayed for 1.5 months and truly enjoyed every moment, feeling at home by the time we left. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Andrei and Alina were always available, friendly, and ready to help.
We enjoyed our stay here and will love to return again! Beautiful updated apartment with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, gourmet kitchen, plenty of closet space, generous living space, and the magnificent terrace! Plus, this apartment has the perfect location in Gracia which has much to offer, and feels very comfortable and safe. Easy walk to both Fontana and Lesseps metro stations on the L3 line. Would highly recommend this property.
