The house was very clean, was well welcome by Alejandra, she explained thing very well. Stayed in Andrei’s place for a month and i would say the house is a little small when it comes to living room and kitchen area but good enough for a building in this area as it is a busy area one of the streets that is central and very busy with restaurants and shops on the weekend the street closes and you can walk around the very nice area. Many times they close the street and have people install stalls where food is sold and many other things. It’s well connected to the metro and buses and also easy to walk to the main attractions here in Barcelona. The entrance is small but i was able to move big boxed with me and also out with ease also the elevator helps you move your luggage. The terrace is pretty nice and private located on the roof. I would say if you’re here to have fun and like being around every main event and not miss a beat of Barcelona’s amazing experience this place is right for you.
The position is great, very central and well connected. The flat provides everything you need and a nice view from the living room. Special thanks to Andrei for his problem solving when we left a bag inside the flat after check-out, he was super efficient!Much appreciated, thanks for hosting us, we had good time.
We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Tons of options for food, nice and safe area, walkable to many sites and the metro access was literally at your doorstep. Grocery stores, bars and pharmacies within a block. The apartment was spacious and the street noise didn’t bother us at the back room, however our daughter did mention that the trash pickup woke her up once at around 2am and she could hear a little more street noise, but not bad! Other than that I would say it was perfect! We had a washer and hung our clothes out to line dry. Beds were comfortable and the giant bathtub was wonderful after walking all over Barcelona. We will definitely recommend to our friends and return there next time in Barcelona!
Important to be aware that this is 5th floor with no elevator and rather steep narrow stairs. It says it in the description; I just unfortunately missed it. The apartment was clean and had the necessary items for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. It was reasonably quiet, but, after all, it is Barcelona so some noise is expected. Bed was fairly comfortable. A bit soft for me, but it was fine for a few days. Andrei was very responsive and checked in often to make sure everything was going well; they shared recommendations and responded to questions quickly. The neighborhood was fine. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby, including a beautiful fresh market just a 5 minute walk away. No real complaints. Compared to BCN prices, it was also reasonably priced and a good deal.
