If you like very simple, no nonsense, budget friendly Airbnb’s, Andrei’s place takes the cake. Mario, the person to communicate while you’re there, with was extremely attentive and available to answer any question at any moment. The Airbnb itself is very clean and everything is completely functional. The best thing about it was the location. The rooms are adequately large, the bathroom was clean. The only gripe we had was that the bed mattresses weren’t the most comfortable. Otherwise for a super simple, ultra great location Airbnb, this place was great.
A estadia foi muito boa. Apartamento muito limpo e excelentes condições. A única coisa que podia ter ficado mais clara é a disposição do terceiro quarto porque ele está fora do apartamento. O apartamento principal está no 4 andar e o terceiro quarto está no rooftop no 5 andar sem acesso interno. É preciso sair do apartamento e subir as escadas do prédio, já que o elevador não chega até lá. Na verdade, é como se fosse um mini apartamento no andar de cima junto com a varanda. Não é ruim, sob nenhuma hipótese. Apenas acredito que essa informação precisa estar mais clara no anúncio.
We spent 3 days here and absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is stylish, very thoughtfully designed – everything felt new, comfortable, and well equipped. The decor is beautiful, giving the space a warm and inviting feel. The digital locking system for access was so well thought out and seamless. The bedroom was cozy with a great bed, and the enclosed balcony with its dining table was one of our favorite spots to enjoy breakfast or a quiet meal. The location is fantastic—just a 3–4 minute walk from Barcelona Sants, making it super easy to get around the city or to the airport. At the same time, the street has a lovely local charm with plenty of options for food, drinks, and groceries. We especially loved the quaint little bakery/coffee shop just down the street, and the Ethiopian restaurant right below the apartment – an absolute must-try! Our host was responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish! We can’t wait to be back—highly recommend!
