Our small family had a very happy summer together staying here. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and the nearby HostaFrancs market. The metro is also very close. The street is quite busy, but not touristy, and when the windows are closed it’s very quiet. We were happy with the quick communication from Andrei and colleagues when needed.
I had a great time during my time in Barcelona. Andrei’s communication was excellent and it was really easy to find the apartment and get settled in. The apartment had everything I needed and was a great base for my travels around this wonderful city. The bed was especially comfortable and just what I needed each day after walking so many miles! Fantastic apartment, clean and very well equipped, with awesome hosts. It’s a perfect choice if you wish to be among locals. Localization, near the Plaça d’Espanya, makes the place ideal for exploring the city. The bus stop is across the street. The subway is one street away. All you need is at your fingertips. Supermarkets, parks, restaurants and cafes. The street outside is noisy, but during weekends it is closed, so you can even forget you are still in the crowded Barcelona 🙂 We stayed there in September and we highly recommend that month. In September Barcelona celebrates the Merce festival which ends with a pyrotechnic show on the Plaça d’Espanya. What’s more, the weekend after the Merce24 ends, the Hostafrances area (where the apartment is located) turns into a street festival with a variety of food, clothes, and handicrafts. For children animations and other activities for all day long. Thank you Alejandra and Alina. The stay was flawless. We will come back 🙂
We had a great stay at Andrei’s place! The apartment was nice and comfortable, and the person who welcomed us was very kind, helpful, and spoke Italian really well — which made everything easier for us. The only thing we would have appreciated was clearer information about the door and the fact that you shouldn’t insert the key into the upper lock, because we got locked out. And had to pay 100euro locksmith. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
