fue nuestro 1ra vez en Barcelona, y fue genial gracias al apartamento de andrei. estaba equipado, había incluso aceite sal azúcar, servilletas, y muchas otras cosas más que nos permitió cocinar algo sencillo esa noche. además la cocina súper equipada!! la calefacción anda perfecto!! súper sencilla de manejar. La vista desde el balcón es fantástica. y la zona es extraordinaria. hay acceso a negocios de todo tipo, también a las distintas líneas de transporte público. si volvemos a Barcelona, sin dudas vuelvo al mismo lugar
Very clean, comfy bed, well equipped and perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona. The balconies are amazing! Andrei is a great host. We would definitely stay there again.
We had a great stay at Andrei and Alina’s place! They were very friendly hosts and gave clear instructions for check-in. They even provided helpful booklets for things like the dishwasher and aircon, which was really nice. The apartment itself is spacious with high ceilings and a big living/dining area. There’s plenty of storage too, and the whole place cools quickly during the hot Barcelona summer. The kitchen and bathroom had the basics we needed, and there were lots of towels too. The balcony is long, mainly for drying laundry. Just a couple of things to note: the place seems to get dusty easily which triggered our allergies, and the common bathroom had a sewer smell. Also the unit is in an alley, so be prepared for some pigeon poop, pee smells, and trash piles in the evenings. That said, the location is super convenient! Very close to restaurants, supermercats, and about a 5-10 minute walk to metro and bus stops. Overall, a solid stay and very helpful hosts!
Our small family had a very happy summer together staying here. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and the nearby HostaFrancs market. The metro is also very close. The street is quite busy, but not touristy, and when the windows are closed it’s very quiet. We were happy with the quick communication from Andrei and colleagues when needed.
Our stay was very good, we found ourselves needing a space to stay last minute and the host was very responsive and we were able to check in within a couple of hours. The location is amazing, busy loud street but I loved it, becomes pedestrian on weekends ! The space has everything that we needed for the entire time, and the owners who we were lucky to meet, are great people. Thank you for everything.
