Bien los espacios del apartamento, las camas cómodas, el barrio seguro, metro cercano, con el anfitrión Renzo nos coordinamos perfectamente, él muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Como siempre es posible mejorar, yo recomendaría más pulcritud en el aseo, y poner a disposición de los pasajeros un café y unas galletas, para hacer más grata la llegada. Recomiendo 100% el apartamento y la empresa Lodging Apartments. Tuvimos una grata estadía en Barcelona. Muchas gracias.

Really nice listing in a quiet area. But the tram is right out front so you can get anywhere. Close walk to the beach too. Excellent communication from Host. This is the second time I have stayed here. And there is a pool too!

It was a beautiful apartment near the beach and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 children (ages 6 & 7). Was perfect. Would stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout.

Great location and the check in process was easy Alejandra was very helpful. The A/C is not great in the hot August but if traveling during another time of year this apartment is perfect!

Stayed at 2 Bedroom Apartment with Sea View in Barceloneta
Modern, clean apartment that has great facilities and has been well maintained. The proximity to the beach whilst only being a relatively short walk from the city centre makes it a good choice for a multi faceted visit to Barcelona. Particularly helpful was the ability to check in early (there hadn’t been an occupant the day before) and Agustina was really flexible in meeting at the building as we arrived. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Olumlu Yönler: Konumu gayet iyi Bebekle ilgili tüm imkanlar sunuldu Ev sahibi iletişimi ve yönlendirmesi iyiydi. İlanda belirtilen tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. Evin bulunduğu sokak haftasonları trafiğe kapatılıyor. Vakit geçirmek için güzel ama hafta sonu geliyorsanız ve çok valiziniz varsa Plaza Espanya dan yürümeniz gerekiyor. Metro, toplu ulaşım, market ve restoranlara çok yakın. Dairenin kendine ait terası ve mobilyası mevcut (kullanmak için fırsatımız olmadı ama keyifli görünüyordu) Olumsuz Yönler: Gelmeden önce erken varacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen erken giriş yapamadık. Sadece valizlerimizi bıraktık, bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Check-in 15:00’de olmasına rağmen temizlik zamanında tamamlanmadı ve 16:30’da içeri girdik. Geç girmemize rağmen temizlik yeterli değildi. Apartman girişi ve asansör biraz küçük. Bebek arabası ile girmek zor. Evde genel olarak eşyaların yenilenmesi ve mutfak gereçlerinin artırılması gerekir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar kalabiliriz.
