The apartment is spacious and looks just as it is in the photos. The beds and sofa were comfy, the wifi worked well and was reliable, and there was a good supply of cutlery and plates. Our check-in was super convenient, and we were messaged in the morning by Marcela to ask if we’d like to get into the apartment earlier, which was really helpful. There was occasionally loud music late at night (usually 10pm – 1am at the weekends) from other apartments – worth being aware of if you’re a light sleeper. When we arrived, we found leftover food that had gone moldy and was attracting flies. This was in a high-up cupboard though so I can see how this was easily missed by the cleaners. We told Andrei and Alina who were really responsive and immediately arranged for the cleaning team to take care of it. There were a few other things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but overall it was a comfortable stay.
The apartment is very spacious, modern, cozy, comfortable with very nice views, and extremely well equipped. You feel like you are at home. Everything was working properly. Stayed more than a month and had no issue at all – everything worked perfectly. Neighbours were very kind. The location is great, 2-min walking from 3 different subway lines, next to city and regional buses’ stops. You can get to the center in less than 10 minutes by subway, and if you are keen to walk, you can get there in 20 min or so. You also have a big shopping mall, large supermarkets and 24h convenience stores in a few minutes walking. Bcn’s central train station is 10-15 minutes walking. Then, you have the hills right behind the apartment, so you can take a nice walk while disconnecting from the busy city. The hosts – Andre and Alina were very responsive and extremely helpful. Lugar cómodo, fresco y bien iluminado, tiene lo necesario para estancias de un mes o mas, se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de gracia que es muy agradable para salir a pasear y silencioso por la noche. Muchísimas opciones para comer y visitar, caminado llegas paseo de gracia, A la vuelta de la esquina esta la estación del bus y el metro lo cual lo hace excelente ubicación para moverse por todo barcelona fácil y rápido. Ante cualquier situación o duda acerca del departamento o la ciudad respondían casi de inmediato, se averió el aire acondicionado (escurría un poco de agua pero seguía enfriando) y al día siguiente mandaron a arreglarlo y quedo perfecto. La host amable, muy servicial y resolvía mis dudas respecto a como moverme por la ciudad. Una felicitación. Volvería sin dudarlo. Si vas en agosto te tocaran las fiestas de Gracia mucha gente, fiesta y cultura, muy buena experiencia. Excelente opción. Gracias por hacer mi experiencia en barcelona increíble.
Zeer warm welkom door een uiterst lieve host. We kregen veel persoonlijke tips en adviezen, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. De accommodatie was perfect in orde en volledig zoals weergegeven op de foto’s. Het terrasje is zalig. Kleine minpuntjes waren het nachtelijke lawaai (van zowel buren als straat), waardoor onze nachtrust niet optimaal was, en het water dat helaas niet volledig warm werd. De locatie maakte echter veel goed: op wandelafstand van prachtige trekpleisters waar we enorm van hebben genoten.
We LOVED our stay here. A fabulous apartment. The outside space is a great bonus, & the location perfect.
We had a minor issue when something broke & it was fixed straight away!!! Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are considering Poblenou.
What a location. Near the quieter beaches, but with all the transport links into the city.
Superb restaurants too.
