Andrei was very communicative from the time of booking, providing relevant information and clear instructions which made check-in very easy. The apartment was very spacious and had a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, all stocked with plenty of appropriate items. The balcony was very big, with a view of beautiful buildings including Sagrada Familia. Andrei’s friend who managed check-in was responsive throughout the stay for any needs. Overall, this property was managed very well, and was a perfect place for my 3 friends and I to stay for a week (though we wish we stayed longer).

The house is truly special. It has an amazing outdoor space, with a bbq and pool area, lots to go around and wonder around the property and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Andrei’s place was great for our group of four. We really appreciated the thorough walkthrough and the neighborhood cannot be beat in terms of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Mario was amazing, very communicative and helpful. Is a great place if you’re going to use the terrace, otherwise it can feel a little small for the value, so make sure you take advantage of the upper floor!

Was a great Airbnb for small group of girls, lots of space and a nice outside area, however the pool was quite loud and one cockroach was found

Stayed at Sunny Retro Flat + Balcony in Poble Sec
The owners friend Mario communicated very well and showed up what we needed to know upon arrival. He helped us out a lot with any question we came across! For the apartment being on the 5th floor it was tiring to get our suitcases up all the stairs. On Tuesdays there is no water in the building for a time period as well. But overall, worth the stay, thank you!
