Great location in Gracia, close to restaurants and metro station but quiet at the same time. Apartment well-equiped and comfortable. We stayed for three months and felt at home. Not enough natural light but good for temporary stays.

Fabulous location, within easy walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila and La Pedrera. Clean and well stocked apartment (plenty of loo roll, shower gel, hand soap and a bonus bottle of wine). Very responsive host. Highly recommend

Andrei was a fantastic host and went out his way to ensure we felt happy and at home. The flat is well equipped and spacious. Would recommend to others.

The place was great, as it is described. Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean, nice furniture and good amenities. The host was very friendly and helped us quickly with all the questions. It was also nice that everything was organized and we had helpful information in the apartment about restaurants, turistic objectives, luggage etc.

We had a comfortable stay at Andrei's place. It was clean and well furnished. There were many spaces to choose from. We were late on arrival but Andrei & Mario were very flexible. Mario gave us all the details at check in and was very responsive with any questions. He was very kind to help me get to the nearest grocery stores. I would recommend Andrei's place to anyone wanting to explore Barcelona.

Logement très propre, correspond parfaitement à la description fait que ça soit à l’intérieur ou l’environnement du quartier. A 5min à pied de la plage. Parc pour les chiens à proximité également

The airbnb is in an up and coming neighborhood with a lot of locals and families about. It turned out to be one of our favorite neighborhoods in Barcelona. Its cute, friendly, filled with cafes and restaurants that we never would have found in a general online search but were top rated and worth multiple visits. Plenty of local things to discover in this walkable neighborhood and very close to late night food options as well as the Gothic quarter. We would stay in this neighborhood again, but not at this airbnb. The place was dingy and needs a serious update on furniture, linens, and the ac unit-which smelled of mold. The space felt smaller than advertised with little to no natural light. This was unfortunate because of the price and would not recommend booking if you want a comfy cozy space to hang out after a long day. Host was very kind and super accommodating enough to offer a late checkout due to flights but cannot recommend this airbnb, unfortunately.

It was nice to stay in this apartment. It is quite small, but it is good if you come here just to sleep and the rest of time you are spending time in the city. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from the sea, and a cute coffee shop is just downstairs. The communication was perfect, I got a lot of recommendations of different places in Barcelona.

When we arrived Marcela greeted us. She was very friendly and explained to us everything we needed to know. Any time i sent her a message she was also very quick to respond so it was a very pleasant experience. The appartement itself was very nice and just like in the pictures. The terrace was very spacious and the location of the appartement is great.

Our check in process was so easy and we were given so many great recommendations for activities!The rooftop patio was amazing and we used it daily!

Great airbnb! Good location, you have everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!! and owner is very nice and welcoming and very communicative.

Andrei se manteve em contato comigo desde o momento em que alugamos o imóvel. Mário foi nosso anfitrião e foi extremamente gentil ao permitir nosso check in um pouco antes do horário programado. Também nos deu dicas valiosas de passeios, bares e pontos turístico de Barcelona. Recomendo.

Всичко беше прекрасно, изключително чисто, много удобни легла, комфорт и всичко, от което се нуждаехме, намерихме във Вашият прекрасен дом. L'appartement était tout à fait conforme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et le quartier est très sympa. La rue est vraiment très fréquentée (et donc bruyante), mais les fenêtres isolent assez bien le son. Bonne literie. L'appartement n'est pas vraiment chaleureux, mais c'est très bien pour un week-end, et l'accueil de Mario était amical.
