Absolutely lovely flat in a great location! Looked just like the photos and didn’t have any problems during the stay! Plenty of recommendations, though Barcelona has so many options of what to do and where to eat. The terrace was a great addition to have - it was upstairs and accessed via the public staircase but with a lovely view of Barca. Would stay here again!

Everything went well. The apartment was exactly as described. There are many convenient stores, bars and restaurants around. The bus and metro are very close. The communication was perfect. Thank you!

The location was incredibly convenient, the apartment was exactly as described, and we were given so many wonderful recommendations on things to do! We had a great stay!

The area is great, there is huge amounts of stores right next to the building, the nearest market has fresh fruits, vegetables as well as fresh fish and meats.

Great location in the center of the city. This is perfect for a visit in a few days. The view on the roofs of the city is very nice. Nice welcome from Mario who provided may recommendations in the area.

Très bon séjour chez Andrei, l'appartement est convenable, propre. La communication était parfaite. De mon point de vue très personnel, j'ai été un peu déçue du logement par rapport aux photos. Il y avait pas mal de choses peu fonctionnelles : le lave linge doit être branché dans la salle de bain alors qu'il est dans la loggia, la salle de bain est alors indisponible si le lave linge tourne, et cela implique que la porte de la loggia reste ouverte, en hiver je suppose que ça apporte du froid dans le logement et que le lave linge ne peut être en fonctionnement si vous n'êtes pas dans l'appartement. Celui-ci a tourné 30min pour qu'enfin nous réalisions qu'il n'y avait eu aucun apport d'eau... pas cherché à comprendre plus longtemps, il y a une laverie en bas dans la rue. Pour un logement pouvant accueillir 5 personnes et au vu du prix du séjour, je trouve la salle de bain petite. La cuisine également est petite, peu pratique pour 5 personnes. 1 chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans le salon.

If you like very simple, no nonsense, budget friendly Airbnb's, Andrei's place takes the cake. Mario, the person to communicate while you're there, with was extremely attentive and available to answer any question at any moment. The Airbnb itself is very clean and everything is completely functional. The best thing about it was the location. The rooms are adequately large, the bathroom was clean. The only gripe we had was that the bed mattresses weren't the most comfortable. Otherwise for a super simple, ultra great location Airbnb, this place was great.

One of the sweetest places I've ever stayed, and wish I had stayed longer. Andrei's property manager Mario was the most on-point responsive and helpful person I've ever met after many airbnb stays over the years. He was supposed to meet me at midnight when I was due to arrive, and then a travel delay caused me to arrive at 7am the following morning instead, and Mario was there, glad to meet me, friendly and instructive about everything. Beautiful place, unusual layout, sort of winding, and loved it. The terrace is large and pure heaven, complete with a washing machine and dryer rack on one side, and comfy outdoor furniture on the other. Huge beautiful window'ed doors open to the terrace from the living room and the bedroom. Fab location, around the corner from the metro, cafes and markets within a block, easy to get anywhere from there. Super comfy bed and great shower, too. A near perfect stay. Many thanks!

The apartment is spacious and looks just as it is in the photos. The beds and sofa were comfy, the wifi worked well and was reliable, and there was a good supply of cutlery and plates. Our check-in was super convenient, and we were messaged in the morning by Marcela to ask if we'd like to get into the apartment earlier, which was really helpful. There was occasionally loud music late at night (usually 10pm - 1am at the weekends) from other apartments - worth being aware of if you're a light sleeper. When we arrived, we found leftover food that had gone moldy and was attracting flies. This was in a high-up cupboard though so I can see how this was easily missed by the cleaners. We told Andrei and Alina who were really responsive and immediately arranged for the cleaning team to take care of it. There were a few other things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Appartement très propre et très calme, parfaitement placé pour accéder à tout Barcelone soit à pied soit rapidement en metro. Hôte accueillant, bien organisé, plein d’infos utiles. Au top pour une semaine a Barcelone !

Sehr schöne Umgebung, 5 Minuten zum Strand und Bushaltestelle, Metro ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Cafe´s. Sehr gute Gastgeber. @Mario danke für die tollen Empfehlungen und Tips!!!!!!
