Very homely and comfortable flat in a superb location. Everything's pretty much within walking distance including amazing restaurants nearby. Beach is down the road and metro is about 15 minutes away. I felt at home in Andrei’s flat and really loved the large amounts of natural daylight you get from the large windows. As I stayed during December I was surprised how warm the flat is despite being quite cold outside at night. The flat is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. The shower is small, but this wasn't a problem for me personally. The kitchen is clean and well equipped with everything you need to cook whatever you want. The WiFi is fast and reliable - excellent if you need to work remotely as I did. Andrei is a very caring and excellent host who checks in to make sure you're doing ok and offers local suggestions to make your visit to Barcelona special to you. I'd happily stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Many shops and cafes nearby. Metro just down the street. La Rambla is within walking distance. Mario met us and gave us many recommendations.

The apartment was very comfortable and well maintained. The terrace is lovely. Location excellent for me. I would stay here again.

Departamento amplio para 6 personas. Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. A 2 cuadras del Metro. Mario fue muy amable en todo momento. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

EL PISO ES TAL CUAL COMO APARECE EN LAS FOTOS , MUY BONITO Y BIEN UBICABLE, ALGO DE RUIDO DE LOS OTROS INQUILINOS , AL PRINCIPIO ALGUNOS DETALLES QUE EN UNA SEMANA SOLUCIONARON.

The apartment was beautiful and felt very cozy! Located in a central location just a block away from the metro and very close to a lot of restaurants/Bars. Would definitely stay here again ! Host was super responsive and helpful

Mario was a friendly and great host. Very responsive and suggested some places to visit. Flat was very clean and tidy. Will definitely go back to Barcelona soon.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andrei's place in lovely Poblenou. Apartment was comfortable and excellently located, a stones throw from the beach and the Rambla de Poblenou which has everything youll need, restaurants, cafes and shops. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, the place has everything we need for a week of stay, and is exactly the same as listed. Andrei was very helpful throughout our stay, will def consider booking again next time we are in Barcelona.

Was goed!

The location was fantastic but otherwise, there was a lot to this place that was below Marriott Homes & Villa standards. We were met right on time for check in. However, the TV was broken (yellow bar across the left hand side of the screen). We were provided only one roll of toilet paper for three days with no extras. There were 6 mini bottles of shower gel but only half used mini bottles of shampoo in the drawer. The refrigerator leaked multiple times. There were no paper towels or extra dish towels. There was a least one broken plate. The divider on the balcony between units had a large hole in it. The iron is also broken, leaking water right out of the bottom. Overall, the location was perfect for touring around Barcelona, in the heart of the city with great bites and drinks around. Otherwise, the unit feels outdated and needs attention.

Good place! Very interesting: its actually 2 appartments in one. First one is on level 4 with two bedrooms (2xsingle + 1 king). And on floor level 5 you have the roofdeck plus another mini appartment (with another kitchen, batch and sleepcouch). The description and pictures dont really tell that. If i was the owner i would renew the descriptions and pictures. But was ok. We were nicely surprised by the second appartment :) Door upstairs MUST be fixed, totally annoying. And it has been broken for a long long time - you can see this by the marks. But i told the owner to fix that:) hopefully when you come the door to the upper deck closes and doesnt bang in the wind…:) the teracce is really cool otherwise. And so calm. BBQ ist with coal, not gas. Summary: was good, we would come back. Mario was very gentle when he explained everything. Good job!
