Disponibilità di Mario nell accoglierci a tarda ora ed adattarsi ad un ritardo dell'aereo, fornirci tutte le informazioni utili, in un inglese perfetto, anche lista dei posti dove mangiare ed indicazioni su mappa cartacea con grande precisione. La posizione è perfetta per tutti i principali musei ed edifici di Gaudí, ma comoda anche alla spiaggia.

I had a great stay! Restful bed, good table for laptop, and the washing machine does as excellent job! The checkin agent, Marina, came after hours to check me in after my initial flight got canceled, was very friendly and gave me a lot of tips about the city and surroundings.
The cleaning policy is fair too, just take out the trash when you leave.

El piso es tal y cómo aparece en las fotos. La zona es una de las mejores para hospedarse en Barcelona. Rodeada de restaurantes. Recomiendo la panadería que queda al frente del piso ya que todo es artesanal y hecho a mano. Queda muy cerca a dos estaciones de Metro y puedes caminar hasta el centro y al Parc guell. Cerca a la estación de Metro hay restaurantes bastante económicos donde puedes comer desde 10 euros. 10 de 10

Lovely, clean apartment, convenient location and easy to get around. Apartment had everything that was needed for our time away and was nice and quiet inside of an evening. Mario was extremely helpful and super responsive, gave us loads of advice and suggestions. Lovely stay. Thanks so much!

You can walk to go at the beach (5-10min), there are a lot of nice restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable and bathroom is very modern and works well. Mario was super nice and welcoming, he gave us a lot of recommendations for things to see in Barcelona.

*We fixed a few little things ourselves like light bulb and over flowing sink
*Found a large cockroach in bathroom, but I think it was just the general building plumbing/ pipework that it came through
*Thought it was strange that we had to take our own trash out, because a cleaner came on our checkout so wasn't sure why they don't take it
* A little bit further from Central than we initially realised, however there was a tram line on the doorstep
* Nice swimming pool you can see from second balcony but it was closed when we went
The cons wouldn't stop me from staying again. I would definitely stay again.

Cozy, clean, and quiet, just steps from the beach and Rambla del Poblenou. Communication with the hosts and Mario was pleasant and easy, perfect for a short stay, definitely recommended!

Apartament spațios , foarte bine utilat,potrivit pentru familii și grupuri de prieteni , poziționat foarte bine , în apropierea stației de metrou și stațiilor de autobuz . Apartament foarte curat , gazdă foarte prietenoasă ,am primit foarte multe informații utile pentru sejurul nostru .

Struttura buona e posizione comoda vicino alla metro

The place was large, bright and central. Close to a lot of tourist spots and good restaurants. The place was clean and the AC and wifi worked great! Would stay again for the amount of bedrooms and proximity to the centre.

Great location and great hosts. The only fault I have is that the sofa bed wasn’t properly cleaned as when we opened it had food crumbs all over which then lead us to mop the floor. Great takeaways and coffee shops near by and quiet central to everything if you drive or use public transport.

Beautiful apartment in a superb location. 5 minutes walk to nearest Metro, very central. Lots of bars and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 lovely bathrooms. Apartment in need of a little TLC to gain that extra star....little details like Carbon Monoxide detector not working, Smoke alarm missing, one of the air conditioning units not working....but otherwise really enjoyed the apartment and would stay again.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. It was very clean and homely. Close to the city and metro systems. Great views of Sagrada Familia from the balcony.
