If you are coming to Barcelona and want to stay in a place that is the perfect location, stay here! The location is perfect to explore the city and the beach. I loved the Airbnb and I felt right at home. The host took care of everything you may need and more. Would definitely recommend!

Апартаментът е на много удобно и комуникативно място! В близост е пълно със заведения, наблизо е и спирка на градски транспорт, както и метро! Изключително отзивчив и ковутикативен беше хостът.

Heel gezellig appartement, voelden ons snel thuis!

Prima locatie, vlakbij metrostation en restaurants op loopafstand. Fijne ontvangst met uitgebreide tips van Mario. Goede communicatie. Appartement zag er netjes uit en alles was aanwezig. Enige minpuntje was dat het wel erg gehorig was, zowel binnen als buiten het gebouw. Tuinstoelen zijn wel wat aan vervanging toe.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist super für mehrere Personen geeignet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Dachterasse mit Ausblick.

La casa y el anfitrión de 10. Muy bien. Un lugar increible. Barcelona impresionante sus restaurante, comidas y la gente super seervicial y educada y super amigables con las mascotas. estamos francamente sorprendidos y enamorados de Barcelona y este lugar llamado El Poblenou. Solo una nota negativa ya que no nos convenció ni nos gusto nada tener que pagar el impuesto al llegar, 6, 50 por adulto cada noche. Creo que es el único lugar o ciudad en España donde se cobra, es un abuso. nos parece fuera de lugar cuando ya se nos esta cobrando el IVA y otros

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar Strandutensilien (Schirme, Unterlagen, Handtücher) werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist mitten in Poblenou und trotzdem ruhig. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten an der Metro. Kaffes und Restaurants sind mannigfaltig in der der Nachbarschaft fußläufig erreichbar. Mario, der Verwalter, ist super nett, sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit bereit.

El anfitrión fue muy amable, dándonos indicaciones claras en todo momento y también muy buenas recomendaciones para manejarnos por la ciudad. El departamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado con fácil acceso a las estaciones de metro y cerca de las atracciones importantes.

Fantastic apartment, clean and very well equipped, with awesome hosts. It's a perfect choice if you wish to be among locals. Localization, near the Plaça d'Espanya, makes the place ideal for exploring the city. The bus stop is across the street. The subway is one street away. All you need is at your fingertips. Supermarkets, parks, restaurants and cafes. The street outside is noisy, but during weekends it is closed, so you can even forget you are still in the crowded Barcelona :) We stayed there in September and we highly recommend that month. In September Barcelona celebrates the Merce festival which ends with a pyrotechnic show on the Plaça d'Espanya. What's more, the weekend after the Merce24 ends, the Hostafrances area (where the apartment is located) turns into a street festival with a variety of food, clothes, and handicrafts. For children animations and other activities for all day long. Thank you Alejandra and Alina. The stay was flawless. We will come back :)
