We absolutely loved staying at Andrei and Alina’s apartment. It is spacious and clean - amazing views and beautiful big balcony which we loved relaxing on in the evenings. The area feels very safe, near the metro, and the apartment is well equipped! The lock got jammed, but Andrei and Alina were very responsive and helpful and the issue was sorted very fast/ lock was replaced.

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Dank der Klimaanlage war es auch an warmen Tagen angenehm kühl.

Nos recibio otra persona que no era Andrei, sin embargo quien nos recibió fue muy amable y con consejos de alrededor del barrio, hubo unos pequeños detalles que no me gustaron de ahi que me hizo sentir inseguro, el apartamento muy bien y cumplio con nuestras expectativas

Volvería una y mil veces más! Muy buen piso y excelente sitio.

Definitivamente un excelente lugar, ubicado estrategicamente en una zona cerca de todo y muy tranquila. Alejandra nos atendió de maravilla, todo el tiempo estuvo super pendiente y respondía super rápido. Nos sentimos muy a gusto.

We had a great stay in Andrei’s place, the dining room and rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax and the apartment was very well furnished. It was centrally located and very easy to get around Barcelona.

At first I was skeptical as the reviews were so low but noticed the agency has many other listings and took the gamble.
This accommodation is more than accurate to the listing, close to a metro and bus connection and commutable supermarkets safe / quiet neighbourhood where you feel like a local not tourist.
the flat is cool so i found there was no need for air conditioning during our stay (it was averaging 27°c).
The agency was accommodating to our needs and allowed baggage drop off as our arrival was much earlier than check-in and fast communication when we required assistance.
This has been a wonderful experience and I recommend this flat to anyone interested and agency to book with

Great place, perhaps the best location in Barcelona. Easy access to beach and city. The rooms are lovely, the welcome sincere. Noisy street at all hours, but not a surprise given the central location. We'll be back!

Great location, 3 min walk from the beach, beautiful district with many shops, restaurants and tapa bars. It's a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. Amazing apartments, with four balconies, 3 of then have a sea view
