Andrei & Alina are quick to reply and answer questions. Very convenient location and we felt safe. Appreciate having their associate Alejandra meet us at the front of the building when we arrived. She was very warm & welcoming and conveyed instructions and showed us how to get to the apartment door and gave us tips on supermarket (Mercadona is less than a block away and has everything one would need for their visit), restaurants (gave recommendations--there's a lot within walking distance), and how easy it is to take the Metro anywhere in Barcelona and that a number of tourist attractions were definitely walkable from Andrei & Alina's apartment. Hosts try to make the unit feel like home with the amenities they have available-- books on Barcelona, spacious closets with more than enough hangers, clothes drying rack, cooking & dining utensils, practical single beds in each bedroom, even plug adapters (we brought our own but pleased that they had it there)... Thank you!

Amazing place and treatment by Alejandra! Super efficient, super friendly, and super helpful! The place is excellent in all the ways, great restaurants just beside the apartment, the neighbourhood is very nice, and its closeness to the station Barceló Sants makes transportation very easily around the city. I highly recommend this apartment and I would definitely love to stay there again!

All good, the elevator is a bit scary, but this is more likely normal in spain. the AC does unfortunately really only cover the living room, but the fans help a bit.

Andrei’s place was perfect - so close to the beach and restaurants/cafes! I will be staying here again!

Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Barcellona! Ho passato alcuni giorni indimenticabili in questo alloggio a Barcellona! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, ma in una zona tranquilla dove poter riposare bene la notte. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Il check-in è stato semplice e il personale (o host) è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a darci consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere Barcellona al meglio.

Overall, this place is quite nice, and there's a separate studio located on the top floor. If you're sleeping alone in the top-floor studio at night, you'll need to be a bit brave :) because you might hear doors opening and closing.

La ubicación fue perfecta. Y Mario super amable. También tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual en las fechas, era esencial. Es piso muy acogedor y cómodo.

A Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish! This Airbnb was an absolute gem!Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-equipped, making it super easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The neighborhood was lovely and convenient, with great cafes, shops, and public transport (bus and metro) just a short walk away. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area. The host was truly exceptional - we communicated with Mario - friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions! They clearly care about their guests’ experience, and it showed in every detail. Check-in was a breeze, and all communication was smooth and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended and would definitely book again without hesitation!

We had a great stay at Andrei and Alina’s place! They were very friendly hosts and gave clear instructions for check-in. They even provided helpful booklets for things like the dishwasher and aircon, which was really nice. The apartment itself is spacious with high ceilings and a big living/dining area. There’s plenty of storage too, and the whole place cools quickly during the hot Barcelona summer. The kitchen and bathroom had the basics we needed, and there were lots of towels too. The balcony is long, mainly for drying laundry. Just a couple of things to note: the place seems to get dusty easily which triggered our allergies, and the common bathroom had a sewer smell. Also the unit is in an alley, so be prepared for some pigeon poop, pee smells, and trash piles in the evenings. That said, the location is super convenient! Very close to restaurants, supermercats, and about a 5-10 minute walk to metro and bus stops. Overall, a solid stay and very helpful hosts!
