Emplacement parfait près de tous les moyens de transport. Logement spacieux avec 3 chambres. Nous avions même accès à un parasol pour la plage. Très bon accueil de l’hôte.

My family and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Andrei's apartment in Barcelona. The place was just right for my wife, our 9-year-old son, and my mother-in-law. Andrei's communication was brilliant throughout our stay, and we were fortunate to be met by Mario, who provided truly exceptional service. He was so knowledgeable, offering tons of useful information about the area and giving us great travel tips. The location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by fantastic coffee shops and restaurants, with the beach less than a 7-minute walk away. For anyone driving, there's also an underground car park within a 5-minute walk. As a quick note for future guests, the building is a bit older and doesn't get a lot of natural light, so if that's a top priority for you, this might not be the right fit. However, for a short and comfortable break, it was perfect for us. Thank you, Andrei and Mario, for your wonderful hospitality. I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area again

El piso está bien ubicado y conectado con la estación de Sants para cercanías y a plaza España. Tiene muy cerca una Parada de metro para moverse fácilmente por la ciudad. Las fotos coinciden con la realidad. La terraza es muy linda. Todo funcionaba muy bien, todo estuvo correcto. Alejandra muy amable!

Had a lovely mini break away staying in Andrei's apartment. We were greeted by Mario who was lovely and showed us everything we needed to know. Prior to our arrival Mario sent us links of recommendations of places of interest and also some good bars and restaurants. He also messaged us during our stay to check we was happy with everything. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need for your stay and is ideally located with everything within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Would definitely recommend Andrei's apartment and I look forward to returning.

Had a great time in the apartment and loved Barcelona. The apartment is quite old in design and could do with a refresh but we didn’t have any problems. Careful with the old lift in the building as it broke down when we were there.

The house was very clean and smelled great when we arrived, which made us feel at home right away. Alejandra welcomed us and was super friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent—close to Barcelona Sants station and other major tourist sites, which made getting around really easy. The only downside was that we couldn’t use the television, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommended!

This was an ideal spot to pass a few weeks while we looked for an apartment in Barcelona. The location is excellent: minutes from the center of Gracia by foot, but quiet and calm, and close to train and metro. Our cat was happy in the place. The hosts were very responsive. Alejandra, who helped us check in and out, went especially above and beyond. Great service. Really the only downside is the lack of much natural light in the apartment, which others have mentioned. Not really an issue if you’re just planning to use the apartment as a place to sleep. Overall, a great and comfortable stay.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avons rencontré quelques petits problèmes (douche, éclairage…), mais les hôtes ont été très réactifs et à l’écoute. Le logement est conforme à la description, bien situé, à proximité d’une station de métro et de plusieurs commerces, tout en restant très calme. La terrasse offre un coin extérieur calme et plaisant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter du beau temps. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Property location is just perfect. It is clean, comfortable, has everything needed for a short or long term stay in Barcelona. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Piso amplio, limpio y cómodo. Camas cómodas. AA en sala y 1 dormitorio, excelente. Los otros 2 dormitorios, con ventiladores ruidosos, igualmente calientes. Uno de los baños con ducha muy pequeña y puerta corrediza que no cierra bien. Lavavajillas, lavaropas, tele, todo moderno y funciona muy bien. Internet funciona perfecto. Muy útil tener 2 juegos de llaves. Cerca del transporte público, supermercados, bares, etc.
