Nice flat in the center of Poblenou next to many restaurants, coffee places and the beach. The flat is clean and can well accomodate 3 to 4 guests. Kitchen is well equiped and the host very easy to contact & friendly.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The property was very clean throughout and well maintained. The bedrooms were a decent size, and the kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The balcony was a lovely bonus and a nice spot to sit outside. The air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom worked well and was much appreciated during our stay. The ensuite shower was a little on the tight side, but the bathroom itself was still a good size and very clean. The location was also excellent, with supermarkets and metro stations within easy walking distance, making it convenient to get around the city and pick up essentials. The neighbourhood had a great sense of community and felt welcoming, giving us a more authentic experience of Barcelona. The host was excellent, helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed staying here! The rooftop terrace studio was great for us as we were 3 adults traveling together. It is behind a locked gate and has a locked door, so felt perfectly safe. We received great tips on local places to eat and getting around on public transit. Great hosts!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Location is nice with a great view of Sagrada Familia from the balcony and was just lesss than 10 mins walk. Check in was very easy, all the amenities were well explained and showed to us plus all the recommendations and tips from stores, restaurants, transportation and attractions were greatly appreciated. Place felt like home. Mercadona and metro sration is like a 5 min. walk.

Had a wonderful stay at Andreis place. The area was perfect and check in was smooth and flexible. We had a cancelled flight so had to come in a day later but Andrei was super accommodating. The place is just as the pictures and clean. Would definitely stay again in my next trip to Barcelona!

We had a wonderful stay! Alejandra was incredibly easygoing, flexible, and communicative throughout our trip. We had a few timing issues during check-in, but she was very patient and made sure we arrived safely and got settled in without any problems. The home was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, comfortable, and an amazing value for Barcelona. Unfortunately, I was injured during my travels in Madrid, and Alejandra was kind enough to provide helpful recommendations for seeking medical care, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would 100% recommend staying here. Thank you again for your hospitality! ❤️

L'appartamento è conforme a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Ho apprezzato molto la posizione (vicino a due linee della metro, con la quale è molto facile spostarsi e raggiungere tutta la città), la pulizia dell'appartamento e il check in con Alejandra, molto disponibile ed entusiasta nel dare suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare.

This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment with lots of natural light. The location is close to central Barcelona, but just enough outside (2 Metro stops to Plaça Catalunya) to be a bit less over-run with tourists. Metro is on the corner, so getting anywhere is easy. Full sized, well equipped kitchen with excellent appliances.

Todo estuvo perfecto con el apartamento y el anfitrión. Lo único molesto fue la actitud y grosería de la portera del edificio, que llego a hacer algunos comentarios con subtonos racistas, pero entendemos que esta fuera del control del alojamiento. Vistas directas y privilegiadas a la sagrada familia!

Бяхме много доволни от настаняването, комуникацията и съдействието по време на престоя. Също така бих искал да помоля за издаване на фактура, в която да бъдат включени всички заплатени от нас суми, включително градската такса и таксата за късно настаняване (late check-in), ако е приложимо. Had a great stay at this bnb with my friends however there were a few things that could have been better. To try and cater to us which we appreciate, they had said the house would be ready for 12:00pm rather than 3pm to allow us to check in early. As me and my friends were eager to shower and change out of our clothes from travelling, we were unable to do so as there was a problem with the AC and all the electricity was off. And this lasted for a long time. Aswell as this, the bnb didn’t match the pictures. They have had a revamp of the property which, yes, was undoubtedly nicer. But it was more predominantly in the bathrooms. The layout of the house had completely changed. There was no BBQ in the garden, which for my group was the thing that enticed us to choose this house. Other than that we did have a great stay with not much to complain about.
