We loved this place - Extremely well situated and easy to walk to Metro stations to allow you to explore Barcelona. The apartment was everything we expected from the description, extremely grateful for the air-conditioning! We were greeted by a fantastic host, Alejandra, who was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do. Would recommend if you are looking for a City break and don’t want to be too near the hustle and bustle.

Amazing place!!

Konum çok iyiydi. Bizi karşılayan Mario çok ilgili ve yardımsever davrandı. Evde kaldığımız süre boyunca hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık.

The apartment was very clean and perfectly sized for a group of four. The balcony was amazing, especially the view at the Sagrada Familia. The location was perfect as well, with everything in foot reach. The host was also very nice and providing us with many great recommendations regarding cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions and so on.

The apartment was in excellent condition and exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Since it is a lively and busy area, there is some street noise, but we were aware of this before booking and expected it. It did not come as a surprise. Communication with the host was always friendly and prompt.

The apartment is awesome, super clean, well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen had everything: a coffee machine, salt, oil, spices, clean towels, clean sponges - absolutely everything for cooking and cleaning. The apartment also has an AC in every room, which was super helpful when a heatwave hit Barcelona. The location is amazing, a supermarket and a metro station just at the corner, lots of cool restaurants. Alejandra was checking me in, she was so kind and thoughtful, so helpful - such an amazing woman! Also, it was so easy just communicating with her - every time I needed help or had any questions, she answered right away. So much attention to details and hospitality from Andrei and Alejandra. Thank you so much!!

Andrei’s place is absolutely ideal, it’s super well connected and the neighbourhood is lively enough while still feeling cosy and residential. Their space is beautiful - perfect for two friends/a couple. It was so easy to feel right at home. We have absolutely no complaints. If I were to return to Barcelona, here’s where I’d like to stay!

Such a lovely place. In the heartbeat of the Gracia area, restaurants close by, walkable to the Sagrada, and so much more.

Well located with many amenities nearby e.g. excellent bakery with lovely pastries and a variety of different restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was big enough for three adults in their own rooms, however the single room and the bathroom were smaller than they looked in the photos and may prove difficult for a group of five people or more. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked/organised with utensils and spices. The hosts were hands on and had fans ready on arrival for us for the heatwave whilst Mario’s hospitality was also great, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and eat, as well as checking in on us throughout our stay. All in all a fantastic stay, thank you very much! :)

El departamento es muy cómodo. El barrio es muy lindo. Hay muchos cafés y restaurantes alrededor y la playa también está cerca. Para hacer el check in hay que entrar a una página web y cargar muchos datos. Demora un poco, eso es lo único que me pareció un poco incómodo. Y también te cobran un impuesto, que no sé si es algo general de Barcelona. El resto todo bien.

We had a lovely stay. Andrei and Alina are very friendly, always easy to reach if you have questions and are happy to help. The apartment has everything you need, though there is only air conditioning in the living room (and fans in the bedrooms) - which can be an issue on hot days and nights.

Apartamento amplio y limpio, en sector tranquilo, con excelente vista y servicios básicos completos. Una terraza linda. El acceso al metro lo facilita todo, con comercios cerca para víveres. Fácil comunicación con el anfitrión, check out práctico. Aunque no fue mi caso, tener en cuenta para quienes presentan restricción en movilidad que se encuentra sobre una calle empinada y son 5 pisos. Sugiero tener en cuenta los retrasos en vuelos o factores ajenos para el cobro del late check in, e incluir el valor de los servicios en el cobro total inicial. Recomendado.

Great stay overall! The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions, and the neighborhood was quiet with grocery stores, bakeries, and shops nearby. The AC worked perfectly despite the heat, and Mario and the host were very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The apartment looked a bit older than in the photos and could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was clean and comfortable. We chose it for the convenience rather than luxury, and since we were out exploring most of the day, it was a great choice.
