Very nice flat! Very good communication! Kitchen contains all which is needed. The position not far away from the Sagrada Familia (10 min. walk) is really good! You can even see half of it from the balcony. The underground is not far to walk and the underground system is very comfortable and easy to use. Especially with 3 people it is a perfect flat to book.

Great place. Big w 3 bedrooms and a beautiful terrace. Very quiet. Ac in living room and main bedroom. Smaller beds can be warm but we were there in august. Super communicative and available host!! Had great guy (Mario) who checked us in and gave us so many amazing recommendations. Great host team

Beautiful spacious and clean apartment with all amenities, very well connected by public transport and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Great for a stay in Barcelona.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach where it was constantly thriving. There is also busy streets surrounding the apartment with many restaurants and shops as well as a metro station only being a 8-10 minute walk which goes straight into the centre. Mario who greeted us on first arrival spoke very good English and gave us lots of tips and advice which was very grateful. The air-conditioning was easy to use and the apartment was very clean. The only slight issue was that there was no safe to put precious belongings. Would defiantly stay at this apartment again if we return to Barcelona!

Muy cercano a la Sagrada Familia y 7-10 minutos a pie de una estación de metro. La zona ofrece muchos servicios. La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy buena, te dan muchas recomendaciones.

We had a great stay! There was enough space for the 4 of us. It was a quiet building, we got plenty of rest. You can walk down and find plenty of stores and restaurants. You can see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony! Check in was easy and there was good communication.

Well located, excellent Wi-Fi, pretty well equipped. Only downside as noted is that the place is smaller than it seems in the pictures.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back if traveling again to Barcelona:-)

A lovely little apartment in the heart of the Sant Antoni district! Clean and well stocked (they even provided us a beach umbrella). Being right next to the green metro line was very convenient and there were so many cafes, restaurants, shops, and super markets all around us. I felt very safe in both the neighborhood and in the apartment. You will have to climb several flights of stairs to access the unit, but personally I didn't mind all that much.

We stayed in this apartment during our semester studying abroad in Barcelona. It was an amazing place in an amazing location, and the view of the Sagrada Familia was beautiful! The communication was great throughout our 4 month stay. I would highly recommend this place to others!

It is in a nice location and it is a good size, but it is poorly maintained.

There was no assistance from housekeeping. It is advertised for 10 people, but did not include enough sheets and towels for 10 people. There is no housekeeping assistance. It is infested with ants on both floors. The dishwasher and the oven were broken.

It only had one working shower for 10 people because the hot water in the one at the top of the stairs could not be regulated and was dangerously hot.

We did not receive even one visit from housekeeping for the 10 day stay.

We booked it through Marriott, and it was certainly not up to their standards.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse apartment in Jan 2022. It was very large and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Easy communications with the host and pre-arranged check in time. we were a group of 6 and it was very roomy and a short walk to many of the sights including the Olympic port, Arts Hotel, Zoological and other parks. Highly recommend

Andrei and Alina are excellent communicators and sincerely care about their guests' experience. The location of this apartment cannot be beat! Within walking distance to so many great sites and museums. We never stepped into a car throughout our trip (with the exceptions of our airport shuttle). The space is clean and well-stocked and was very comfortable. Wi-Fi speed is exceptional as we had two people working remotely and one kid schooling online. If you are looking for an authentic living experience in the heart of Barcelona, this flat is a great choice! Hosts are responsive and caring. Highly recommend!
