What a great place to stay!
From the location, the quality of the apartment, the excellent bed, the breakfast every morning,… it was just as it always should be!
Special thanks to the people at the reception desk who were always willing the help and made our stay just that little bit extra!

We had a great time! Barcelona is an amazing city! The food, architecture , culture and wonderful people made it an unforgettable experience!! Alejandra was incredible at check-in! We took all of her recommendations and I think it truly made our trip! I loved this location because we were close to the L trains and walking distance to the Saragada Familia! This place easily and comfortably slept to my family of five. We would definitely stay again! :)

An excellent apartment with a panoramic window and a terrace offering a stunning sunrise view. The apartment fully matches the description. The only thing missing were a few small details, like paper towels or coffee machine capsules (though the coffee machine itself was provided). Also, the soundproofing is quite weak, but that’s a minor issue. Fantastic place overall—I’ll definitely stay there again.

Fantastic landlord

The apartment is in a really great location. It was clean and had everything we needed except for some basics like washing machine liquid and spare bin bags. They also offered a free cleaning service which was great! The city tax fee was unexpectedly very pricey on top of an unnecessary check in fee which should just be included in the overall price. Other than that, it was a great stay!

This was a great 4 day stay - very easy to get into the city centre on tram and a food shop within 2 mins - a great space and a great check in

AN EXQUISITE APARTMENT RIGHT ON THE LIVELY CORNICHE OF BARCELONETA
If you want to be right on the shore and be able to run or walk on the Corniche in the morning or in the evening, lay on the sun at the beach and take a dip, or enjoy right on the Promenade a variety of lovely bars and restaurants by the new marina, then Kronos at the Beach is the place to stay !!!
The service is gentle and efficient, the flats are fully furnished and offer every possible amenity, including a parasol in the cupboard for you to take to the beach.

Very nice place and well managed by the team. Only downside is that the neighbors are quite sensitive to noice. Other than that the location is one of the best you can get in Barcelona.

Great stay all round. I arrived at 1am and this was no problem for the host who was there to let me in and show me around.
The apartment was very clean and was 30 seconds walk to the seafront. Ideally located for thos wanting to be close to both shops, restaurants, and beach.
Very spacious and perfect for a small family or two couples. Bedrooms both had an en-suite bathroom and were far enough apart in the flat for good privacy.
Would definitely recommend.

Al principio me parecio costoso comparado con otras ciudades pero veo que Barcelona es demasiado costosa, el lugar es excelente seguro y tranquilo, estuvimos 2 dias sin internet pero fue una falla tecnica, el cuarto de abajo es un poco humedo, algo para mejorar son las almohadas que son un poco grandes para mi gusto. Recomiendo el lugar por su ubicacion.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la plaza Catalunya, casa Batlló y La Pedrera.. puedes ir andando al barrio Gótico y demás sitios de interés. No es nada ruidoso y la cama supercómoda. Equipado con todo lo básico para pasar unos días. Nos permitió pasear por la ciudad y descansar cada vez que queríamos para después proseguir nuestra visita. Alejandra nos recibió con mucha simpatía y nos informó donde podíamos comer. Acceso a transporte público muy cerca para ir al aeropuerto con bus o metro.

Great place to stay at for small groups wishing to stay close to the city center.

Very beutiful and spacious appartment. Extremely functional setup. Master bedroom with shower and walkin wardrobe. Additional bathroom with bath. everything was as nice as the photos. located 5 to 10 minutes walk from L4 metro station. supermarket just below the building. Shopping center 5 minutes walk away.

Near metro station and Sagrada Familia. Clean and noiseless apartment. Very friendly and helpful host.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent – just a 20-minute taxi from the airport with no traffic, close to two metro lines, and everything is within walking distance. There are mini markets and restaurants on almost every corner, plus nice cafes nearby that open early. Communication was smooth, and we got plenty of helpful recommendations from the host. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment had all the essentials for a short stay. The main drawback was the paper-thin walls; it felt like sounds from other units were right in the room with us. On our last night, someone was repeatedly dropping items loudly, making us fear it would wake our toddler due to how clear it was. The layout is a bit unusual with a bed upon entry, a compact bathroom and kitchen, a spacious living room, and a well-sized bedroom. We also noticed a slight odor from the kitchen/bathroom area that lingered. Overall, it was a good experience, and we’d consider staying again!
