Very central and clean. Very welcoming person called Mario. Area was quite safe and lots of shops around if needed. Not far we also found a store to keep our luggage as we arrived early.

Andrei’s place was beautiful with 3 bedrooms like in the pictures, the rooms were quite small we could barely walk around it but worth staying. The main attractions like the case Mila, Basilica de la Sagrada Familia etc were 1 hour walk. Mario was very helpful with everything he sent me many bars, restaurants, cafe’s really close to the apartment but also if i needed anything his responses were very quick! The neighbourhood in the morning is good but at night we barely went downstairs because many people were watching and we were low key scared but that’s on us. Overall worth staying for 2 nights for such a good price!!

Alina and Andrie was very helpful since moment we arrived. flat was very clean, location is more than perfect, they are very helpful ... even at midnight they were answering the phone and helping.... when we needed some maintainance, they sent the technicial right away .... They are cooperative and friendly, and easy to talk with. even when i asked to release the security deposit they were very understanding and cooperative. they can speak English, and Spanish. we are very grateful for them.

Great home to stay in, great area and great hosts too

Fantastic stay in Barcelona! The location is absolutely perfect—just one block from Plaça de Catalunya and incredibly convenient from the airport. The Aerobús drops you off only about a block away, which made arriving and departing extremely easy. The apartment is also within walking distance of many of Barcelona’s main attractions, including the Sagrada Família, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafés, shopping, and nightlife. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was SUPER powerful, which was greatly appreciated during the Barcelona heat! Most importantly, the host was truly five-star—warm, welcoming, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The apartment fully matches the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. The apartment is very spacious, with several balconies and five separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has wardrobes, bedside tables and/or desks, so there is plenty of space to store personal belongings. The view of the Sagrada Família is absolutely beautiful, as all the balconies face the side from which it can be seen very well. The location is perfect: the apartment is in the city centre, just a couple of blocks from the Sagrada Família. It is very convenient to get to all the main attractions either on foot, by bike or by metro. Carrer de la Marina is also just a couple of blocks away, and you can reach the beach by bike in about 12 minutes. There are also many shops nearby, including Mercadona, Lidl and a 24-hour Condis, which is very convenient. Andrei was a lovely host, the manager Mario was very helpful and attentive, making sure we have everything we need plus giving lots of recommendations. The apartment was in a great location too, would recommend.

Quedamos muy satisfechos; todo estaba limpio y coincidía con las fotos y la descripción. ¡El patio con piscina y zona de juegos fue una maravilla! Mi familia y yo, con nuestros tres hijos, nos sentimos muy a gusto. Los niños lo disfrutaron muchísimo. Está a solo 5 minutos del mar.

As someone who doesn’t usually stay in Airbnbs, I couldn’t have been happier with this one. The apartment was absolutely perfect for two couples, with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air conditioning kept the entire apartment cool during the hot weather, and the washing machine worked perfectly. Best of all was the location, almost everything was within a 15-minute walk, and the subway was only two minutes away. I genuinely don’t think there’s a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Az apartman tiszta, kényelmes, tágas, 5 fős családnak 3 kamasz gyerekkel is nagyon kényelmes. A nappaliban és egy hálószobában volt légkondi, de az egész lakásban kellemes hőmérsékletet biztosított augusztusban. Közvetlen szomszédságban van egy Spar bolt. Metro és buszmegállók a közelben, de gyalogosan is sok látványosság könnyen elérhető. A szállásadó könnyen elérhető, kedves, közvetlen és nagyon segítőkész. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it was very comfortable even for a family of five with three teenage children. There was air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms, but it kept the entire apartment at a pleasant temperature even in August. There is a Spar supermarket right next door. Metro and bus stops are nearby, and many attractions are also easily accessible on foot. The host was easy to reach, kind, friendly, and helpful.
