My family and I felt at home in this modern apartment with a nice balcony and plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and full of restaurants, parks, and supermarkets, plus it’s very well connected to public transport, making it easy to reach all the main attractions.

Some improvements would make the stay even better: the beds and sofa could be more comfortable, extra pillows and towels would be helpful, and the sheets should be checked for cleanliness. A coffee table, more décor, and a few plants would also add warmth to the space.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciate the warm welcome from Mario as well as the attentive support from Andrei and Alina. This apartment is a gem thanks to its excellent location and modern design.

You cannot beat the location. Great for a couple or solo traveler.

We loved our stay at Andrei's place! The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and helpful. It was a bit far from the city center but it was convenient for us to be right next to the station. Would definitely recommend!

Excelente apartamento. Localizado no coração de Barcelona, próximo ao metrô, a alguns passos da Sagrada Familia. Ficamos 3 noites. Foi perfeito para conhecer o básico da cidade. O Mario nos recebeu muito bem, nos deu todas as informações sobre o apartamento e ainda passou diversas dicas valiosas para aproveitar melhor a cidade. Gostamos muito e certamente voltaremos numa outra oportunidade. Muito obrigado

Me gustó mucho el barrio, muy familiar, seguro, bien ubicado. Desde el balcón se puede ver la Sagrada Familia y de noche iluminada es hermosa.

The apartment was lovely. Spacious for me, lots of natural light. Plenty of space and close to the train station. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. Andrei was responsive and gave lots of helpful tips!

I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It is spacious, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Fontane metro station. The kitchen is very well equipped, the wifi worked perfectly, and there is also a TV that you can connect to your laptop with an HDMI cable to watch movies. The host was very kind and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The only small downsides were an occasional unpleasant smell from the bathroom (probably from the pipes) and a bed that squeaked quite a bit. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good public transport connections and a peaceful location.

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. De locatie was erg fijn. Het zit op de hoek van de hoofdstraat, dus je hebt alle winkels dichtbij en het geluidsniveau op straat is niet zo hoog. Ook zit het heel dicht aan het strand. Daarnaast is het heel levendig in de buurt, maar niet zo luidruchtig en dat is erg prettig. Verder heeft het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt. Een heel fijn bed en een goede keuken. De douche is ietwat klein, maar dat went na een dag. Verder is de badkamer heel prima.

La estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado y exactamente como se describe en el anuncio. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Sin duda lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver en el futuro.

Житло супер добре розташовано, поруч прекрасний T44. Але є у житла єдине але, це велика вологість, а з тим пліснява. Розумію господаря там усюди стоять осушувачі повітря, але така проблема існує. В цілому все супер прекрасно і зручно.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. Mario was extremely helpful & gave us lots of recommendations for things to do & see.

Perfect location! In the centre of Poblenou, so you're close to everything you need and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable space. Andrei was friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Greeted by Mario (the key holder). Mario was super friendly and thoroughly explained everything you needed to know about the flat and the neighbourhood. It was like having your own tour guide with plenty of tips and suggestions. Awesome guy!
