Estadia super central, perto de tudo. Apartamento acolhedor, com o básico para uma estadia curta. Anfitrião sempre disponível com recomendações locais de restauração e lazer.

I was met at the flat to be explained a full breakdown of the apartment, Bluetooth locking system and spots to enjoy! If I had questions they were answered. I do recommend however writing down an emergency phone number for if traveling alone in case you leave your phone and get locked out. Haha, but it was easy for me to get a hold of someone and I was immediately let back in through their system. The view was really beautiful and the cafe you can see from the window was great for cheap bocadillos !! Also was very happy there was an elevator. Building was pet friendly, smoke free and everyone was very nice in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartament kameralny i przytulny. w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do metra, które w Barcelonie działa elegancko, można dojechać w krótkim czasie w każdy zakątek. Sama Barcelona bardzo klimatyczna i ciepła nawet w grudniu, na pewno tam wrócimy. Polecam

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung, schnell vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Perfekt eingerichtet, Organisation und Information auch super, sehr zu empfehlen!

Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve dostça yaklaştı her şey için teşekkürler Mario. Konum metroya yakındı. Temizlik ve olanaklar iyiydi. Ev ısırması da iyiydi o konumda tutmak isterseniz tavsiye ederim.

great stay and apartment

Great host and location

We had a great stay! First of all, the communication was top notch. We were given a lot of great tips beforehand and during our stay. The check in was warm, welcoming and easy – a special thanks to Mario! I personally loved the neighborhood. It had a lot of good restaurants and was very walkable. Would stay again!

Honestly, I don’t know how to put into words. How great this day was. Everything was just amazing from the start with how responsive everybody was with how beautiful the house was the recommendations they gave the location. I will definitely be staying here the next time I go to Barcelona.

Great location. Safe area. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia,near metro station,nice restaurants and fast food in the area. The apartment was spotless and beautifully. The host went above and beyond with local recommendations, great communication. Note to owner: consider self check-in options. Charging 25€ extra for check in after 20:00 is total rip-off. Despite that i felt completely at home and would gladly return.

It was my first time renting in Barcelona and it's been a hit. The apartment was as much as seen in the photos.

Estancia: cómoda, facil y anfitrión muy simpático

Öncelikle ev ilandaki gibiydi ve temizdi. Konaklama süremiz boyunca evle ilgili bir sorunumuz olmadı. Apartman da genel olarak sessizdi. Metro istasyonlarına genellikle 10-15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde yer almaktadır. Mutfakta yalnızca su ısıtmak için su ısıyıcı yoktu, bunun dışında evle ilgili bir sıkıntımız olmadı.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde, her şeye yakın. Çok merkezi. Bina da asansör mevcut, evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Her şey güzeldi, tek sorun ısınmanın klima ile yapılıyor olması. Çok iyi ısınmıyor ve hava kalitesi düşük oluyor. Onun dışında fiyat performans evi diyebilirim.
