Buona sistemazione a qualche centinaio di metri dalla metro L3. Appartamento luminoso senza una reale separazione tra camera da letto e zona giorno.

The apartment was very clean, which is a top priority for me, and it delivered on that front completely. The location is fantastic - calm, charming, and very well situated. The rooftop was simply stunning and made the stay even more special. The only small suggestion I'd offer is that an upgraded mattress and pillow would make an already great stay truly flawless. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I'd love to come back!

Idéalement placé pour qui veut passer du temps dans l'agréable quartier Pobleno et près des plages. L'appartement est très calme, propre et conforme à la description.

Wir waren als Familie in der Wohnung von Andrei und fanden die Lage super, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, nebenan gibt es ein tolles Frühstückscafe und mit Bus oder Metro ist man sehr schnell in der City. Andrei und seine Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben uns einige sehr gute Restaurant-Tipps. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden für die 4 Nächte , die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr hellhörig und etwas dunkel, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat.

Lovely stay in March/April, Alejandra was so welcoming and gave us recommendations for lovely spots in the area. Good connections and right next to a train and metro station- this helps with getting to and from the airport and around the city. The bed is SO comfy I slept so well on it! Going in March/April meant the weather was a bit unpredictable but with heating and aircon we were able to adjust the temperature in the apartment to exactly what we needed! The door both downstairs and to the flat was controlled by an app- this made it much easier as it was one less thing to worry about losing! All in all, we have no complaints, thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona!

Really great airbnb

I can't recommend Andrei's place enough! This is the place to stay if you want to feel like a local. The neighborhood of Gràcia is lively and full of incredible bars and restaurants. The apartment truly felt like home and we lived sitting out on the patio. The bathroom and kitchen were both clean and well stocked and it was nice to be able to do laundry after weeks of travel. Additionally, the host made sure to coordinate with us and she met us at the apartment to show us around and had incredible recommendations for the area. All in all, it was an incredible experience.

Location is very good, quieter area, yet a 15 min walk to every single landmark there is in Barcelona. Super friendly hosts, safe location, all you need is there.
