Great location right next to the metro and walking distance to Sagrada familia. Very nice apartment and very helpful owner and to Mario who help us a lot till the end. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a lovely location and was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location itself is excellent, and I would happily recommend this place to others. The only area for improvement was the check-in experience. There was a delay in communication when we arrived, as the owner was assisting with another check-in some distance away. As I had let the owner know that we would be arriving within 10 minutes, clearer communication at that point would have been appreciated, particularly as the other guest had not yet arrived and the other property was around 25 minutes away each way. Having rushed to reach the apartment on time, we unfortunately ended up waiting outside in the rain with our luggage for nearly an hour. That said, the owner did kindly offer us a complimentary coffee from a nearby café as a gesture, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive stay.

Ligging vlakbij de Sagrada de Familia. Metro stations dichtbij. Om de hoek van de straat veel eettentjes, waar je goed kon ontbijten. Groot appartement met drie slaapkamers. Mario communiceerde prima met ons gaf veel goede tips.

Really good location and home You can see Sagrada Familia from the balcony. Great suggestions for tourist attractions & food and clear explanations from Mario in the check in.

Had a lovely 2 night stay for a conference. Everything worked at a great price. Beach and amenities very close.

Logement très agréable, confortable, il est facile d’accéder à Barcelone centre en 20 à 30 mn de marche ou en 15 mn avec les transports en commun. Le quartier est très vivant et propose de nombreux commerces et restaurants. En retour, la rue qui donne sur la chambre est bien passante et très animée tard le soir. L’accueil a été excellent . Très bon séjour

Although you are in a busy little neighborhood, it is quiet, homey feeling with everything you need within walking distance. Metro is a 12 minute walk and takes you direct to La Rambla and Casa Batillo or? If we return to Barcelona we would book again.

Andrei was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He always responded in a timely manner. His recommendations were useful. The flat is as described in the listing; a great private terrace, AC in almost every room, great location and two clean bathrooms. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Barcelona in a group of 4-5 people.
