Luxurious, stylish, newly refurbished and featuring exclusive flooring and furniture, the luxurious apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day and has two double rooms with balconies and views, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped designer kitchen and a gorgeous lounge with a balcony offering views of the sea.

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways. 2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. 3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. 6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking. 7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days. 8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash). 9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending. 10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock. 11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars. The city centre is just a ten-minute walk away if your plan is to go sightseeing. Waiting for you there are Barcelona’s most iconic districts, buildings and monuments: the Barrio Gótico, El Raval, Plaza Catalunya and the Paseo de Gracia, to name but a few. The apartment enjoys excellent transport links with the airport and is well served by public transport. The Hospital del Mar is only 500 metres away and Barceloneta market, which opened in 1884, is also close by. Do your shopping there and you’ll feel like a true local. It’s well worth a visit.
