We had a lovely stay at the apartment, and the host was more than helpful. On arrival, we didn’t have the cot set up but Mario, who greeted us, was straight on it and sorted us out within the hour. It’s a great location, near to great bus and metro routes

Goede communicatie, locatie prima je stapt zo op de metro de stad in. Een van ons had iets achter gelaten in het appartement. Na een berichtje is er direct actie ondernomen en hebben ze het via de post naar ons toegestuurd. Top services!

The two of us had a great stay here. All the amenities and the balcony made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Communication was fast, friendly and informative for whatever questions we had…. Good restaurant, best way to get around…. The location

The location was ideal for just meandering through the old parts of the city and still close enough to stroll up the main and more modern shops and streets. We look forward to our next stay here😎
Le logement d’Andréi est très bien situé, à un quart d’heure à pied des Ramblas, sinon une station de métro à proximité qui permet d’accéder très rapidement à tous les plus beaux sites à visiter. Le logement est très bien , fonctionnel et propre. L’isolat

Le logement est très bien , fonctionnel et propre. L’isolation phonique n’est pas très bonne mais c’est un appartement dans un immeuble … Merci à Andréi et peut-être à une autre fois.
Andrei, Alina e o Mario, foram incríveis. Tivemos um problema no apartamento, a Alina estava empenhada e resolveu tudo da melhor forma possivel para nós hospedes. O trabalho de criar guias de Barcelona e dar dicas do que se fazer é o plus. Contato direto

A very comfortable, clean apartment, in a very convenient location.
A very comfortable, clean apartment, in a very convenient location. Easy access to and from the airport. Busses for tours of this wonderful city are just down the road. Mario, who met us on arrival, was very helpful with regard to the flat and the location …and with suggestions for places to go/shop/eat. Given its central location, we were pleased that the building was so quiet at nighttime. The Netflix account was a nice touch. Andrei was contactable throughout our stay.

The airbnb is in an up and coming neighborhood with a lot of locals and families about. It turned out to be one of our favorite neighborhoods in Barcelona. Its cute, friendly, filled with cafes and restaurants that we never would have found in a general online search but were top rated and worth multiple visits. Plenty of local things to discover in this walkable neighborhood and very close to late night food options as well as the Gothic quarter. We would stay in this neighborhood again, but not at this airbnb. The place was dingy and needs a serious update on furniture, linens, and the ac unit-which smelled of mold. The space felt smaller than advertised with little to no natural light. This was unfortunate because of the price and would not recommend booking if you want a comfy cozy space to hang out after a long day. Host was very kind and super accommodating enough to offer a late checkout due to flights but cannot recommend this airbnb, unfortunately.
