Very beutiful and spacious appartment. Extremely functional setup. Master bedroom with shower and walkin wardrobe. Additional bathroom with bath. everything was as nice as the photos. located 5 to 10 minutes walk from L4 metro station. supermarket just below the building. Shopping center 5 minutes walk away.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment in Barcelona. The kitchen was truly exceptional – very spacious, modern, and extremely well equipped, which made cooking at home a real pleasure. One point to note is that only two of the rooms had air conditioning. The other rooms can be very difficult to sleep in during the hot summer months, and unfortunately the fans provided were too noisy to use comfortably at night. A few small improvements could also make the apartment even better, such as adding more mirrors, toilet paper holders, and providing a sufficient supply of toilet paper. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our time here. The location is great, and the communication with Mario was smooth and very friendly.

we had at great stay at the apartment. the access to the private terrace was a big bonus. the host was very responsive and gave a load of great recommendations. the apartment was very comfortable and clean and in a great location

Nice accommodation, clean and very functional. Building a little neglected, but the apartment is well kept. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors. La Rambla Poblenou is very nice and well frequented with great restaurants. Supermarket very close.
