Our small family had a very happy summer together staying here. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and the nearby HostaFrancs market. The metro is also very close. The street is quite busy, but not touristy, and when the windows are closed it’s very quiet. We were happy with the quick communication from Andrei and colleagues when needed.
One of the sweetest places I’ve ever stayed, and wish I had stayed longer. Andrei’s property manager Mario was the most on-point responsive and helpful person I’ve ever met after many airbnb stays over the years. He was supposed to meet me at midnight when I was due to arrive, and then a travel delay caused me to arrive at 7am the following morning instead, and Mario was there, glad to meet me, friendly and instructive about everything. Beautiful place, unusual layout, sort of winding, and loved it. The terrace is large and pure heaven, complete with a washing machine and dryer rack on one side, and comfy outdoor furniture on the other. Huge beautiful window’ed doors open to the terrace from the living room and the bedroom. Fab location, around the corner from the metro, cafes and markets within a block, easy to get anywhere from there. Super comfy bed and great shower, too. A near perfect stay. Many thanks!
Me and my friends came to Barcelona for a long weekend. Andrei’s place is located in a very good area with a lot of nice restaurants, small bars, markets and shops. We really enjoyed it! The agent (Mario) was super helpful and gave a full explanation how things work in the house, sent a lot of recommendations what we can visit and where we can eat etc. Also, when we discovered the hairdryer was broken Mario brought a new one within a few hours, which was very quick and helpful! Highly recommended to stay in this accommodation, definitely worth it!
Everything was exactly what we expected. Apartament for us was clean, with enough space and very nice view from balcony (sagrada la familia) . Mario who hand us a key was amazing person who give us lot of advise where to go, where to eat, how to get, very nice person who check how we are during our stay. Location for was fantastic to traveling/walking with child (3 adults and 1 child). Definetly we will be back and highly recommend.
