Andrei was super fast at responding to everything and Mario was at the apartment waiting for us when we checked in. Mario also sent us a ton of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and we were able to walk to everything due to the location. Even though the building was in the heart of everything, we didn’t hear noise at night once inside. The place was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the living room was very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but we didn’t find that to be an issue. The only possible issue was a lingering cigarette odor, most likely from neighbors. I didn’t smell anything myself, but my wife says it was there. She has a very sensitive nose, so I don’t think many people would notice it, especially if you are coming from an area where it’s common to smoke. Almost nobody smokes where we’re from. Overall our stay was wonderful and an incredible value.
The place was perfect for a quick weekend in Barcelona. Located right near the shopping streets and easy to find. There’s a lovely brunch place around the corner (Sabio Infante) and Mario gave us some lovely restaurant tips to check out during our stay. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay at this place!
Barcelona is an amazing city but having this apartment as our home base made our trip so much better. Located within walking distance of so many excellent shops and restaurants. If the distance was too far, the Metro station is a very short distance away. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and enjoy the city sounds in the evening. We actually never sat on the furniture inside the apartment because we spent all our time on the balcony. We were met by Mario who explained all the amenities of the apartment well. He then sent us recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. When we visit Barcelona again, we will book our dates around the availability of this apartment… it was that good! The only negative is the elevator noise which you can hear in the bedroom but that seemed to stop around 10pm… or we were so tired from seeing the sites that we didn’t hear it while sleeping. 100% recommend this great place!
Soggiorno di 5 notti, casa come in foto. Unica pecca la ventola in bagno non sembrava funzionare molto bene. Per il resto era disponibile qualsiasi tipo di oggetto per le proprie necessità. Posizione comoda a due passi da due metro di cui una collegata al centro in modo diretto. Vicino a un supermercato con prezzi buoni. Consiglio questo soggiorno, la ragazza del check-in vi spiegherà molto bene la zona, e darà consigli molto utili per mangiare, muoversi, orari, e come svolgere al meglio il soggiorno.
