This location was the best for far!!! Short walk from la sagrada familia, flew all the way from Texas and it was a must. Really enjoyed walking around the area, close access to the metro, lots of shopping centers, restaurants, bars. Will love to come back to the same location again. Rooms and space where great for 4 people.
Had a great stay. Overall we had a great experience but this place could use a bit more maintenance. The shower head was slightly broken and sprayed water out from the sides. Also the thing holding up the shower head does not work so you cannot adjust the height. Also a piece from the bathroom sliding door became loose. And when cooking food it gets stuck to the bottom of the pan. All these things are quite minor and easy to fix. The apartment overall is still very nice. The metro is very close which makes getting around the city very quick and easy.
Sehr gute Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben. Es war super sauber und die Lage war toll. Per Telefon oder Nachrichten App standen wir mit dem Besitzer Im Kontakt für fragen. Uns wurde ausführliche und gute Empfehlungen bezüglich Aktivitäten Restaurants und Supermärkten gegeben und ein kleines Willkommens Geschenk wurde uns auch dagelassen.
At first I was skeptical as the reviews were so low but noticed the agency has many other listings and took the gamble.
This accommodation is more than accurate to the listing, close to a metro and bus connection and commutable supermarkets safe / quiet neighbourhood where you feel like a local not tourist.
the flat is cool so i found there was no need for air conditioning during our stay (it was averaging 27°c).
The agency was accommodating to our needs and allowed baggage drop off as our arrival was much earlier than check-in and fast communication when we required assistance.
This has been a wonderful experience and I recommend this flat to anyone interested and agency to book with
