I rate the stay in the apartment positively. The apartment has an excellent location close to major attractions, with a big advantage being the short walking distance to the metro station as well as to grocery stores. The Sagrada Familia is about a 10-minute walk away, which is a great plus. On the first day, the apartment was a bit cold due to the winter season, but the heaters gradually warmed up the space and the following days were fine. The apartment could benefit from some minor updates and the replacement of a few older items, possibly a light renovation in the future, but this did not significantly affect the overall impression. Overall, I rate the stay as very pleasant, including the approach of the host. Communication was fast, the host provided us with plenty of useful information about the stay and recommended various places and activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.
Eine wirklich schöne kleine Wohnung mit Dachterrasse, ordentlich ausgestattet und schön gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten dank der Lage alles gut erreichen. Zum Teil zu Fuß oder direkt um die Ecke per Metro. Über den Dächern von Barcelona! Wow und muchas Gracia. 🤗
Olumlu Yönler: Konumu gayet iyi Bebekle ilgili tüm imkanlar sunuldu Ev sahibi iletişimi ve yönlendirmesi iyiydi. İlanda belirtilen tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. Evin bulunduğu sokak haftasonları trafiğe kapatılıyor. Vakit geçirmek için güzel ama hafta sonu geliyorsanız ve çok valiziniz varsa Plaza Espanya dan yürümeniz gerekiyor. Metro, toplu ulaşım, market ve restoranlara çok yakın. Dairenin kendine ait terası ve mobilyası mevcut (kullanmak için fırsatımız olmadı ama keyifli görünüyordu) Olumsuz Yönler: Gelmeden önce erken varacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen erken giriş yapamadık. Sadece valizlerimizi bıraktık, bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Check-in 15:00’de olmasına rağmen temizlik zamanında tamamlanmadı ve 16:30’da içeri girdik. Geç girmemize rağmen temizlik yeterli değildi. Apartman girişi ve asansör biraz küçük. Bebek arabası ile girmek zor. Evde genel olarak eşyaların yenilenmesi ve mutfak gereçlerinin artırılması gerekir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar kalabiliriz.
