Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos en todo. El apartamento es muy bonito, está muy bien decorado y equipado con todo lo necesario para vivir. Me alojé 1 mes allí. No tuve ningún tipo de inconveniente. Como puntos malos a destacar, cobran una taza de limpieza pero el piso no estaba muy limpio cuando llegue, había polvo sobre los muebles y encontré pelos en la cama. Hay que destacar también que es un QUINTO piso sin ascensor.
Apartamento amplio y limpio, en sector tranquilo, con excelente vista y servicios básicos completos. Una terraza linda. El acceso al metro lo facilita todo, con comercios cerca para víveres. Fácil comunicación con el anfitrión, check out práctico. Aunque no fue mi caso, tener en cuenta para quienes presentan restricción en movilidad que se encuentra sobre una calle empinada y son 5 pisos. Sugiero tener en cuenta los retrasos en vuelos o factores ajenos para el cobro del late check in, e incluir el valor de los servicios en el cobro total inicial. Recomendado.
Probably the best stay I’ve had in BCN, beautiful well cared for apartment in a great location. A rare combo of really central but quiet and peaceful up on the top floor. A great oasis to return to after a hard day pacing the streets below. Host was very responsive, easy check in and thorough handover. Would definitely stay again if available.
Exceptional location and easy access to metro and train station. You can walk to everything! Alejandra checked us in quickly and efficiently. Recommended lots of AMAZING restaurants and tremendous help with many little things we had questions about. Andrei, Alina and Alejandra were all super responsive
Andreiさんは常に返信があり、快い対応をしてくれました。 サグラダファミリアまで徒歩で行ける距離で便利です。 周辺は静かな環境なのも素敵です。 チェックインは同業のマリオさんがサポートしてくれて英語もスペイン語もできない私たちに親切でした。 ただ、宿に着く1時間前に必ず連絡をしなければならず、私達は空港に着いて息つく暇もなく連絡を取り合いチェックインを済ませに向かわなければなりませんでした。 それは少し大変でしたが、マリオさんはフレンドリーで親切な方でおすすめのレストランなどをたくさん教えてくれました。 今回、私たちのスケジュールが過密だったためおすすめのお店に行けませんでしたが、またバルセロナに来る際は利用したいと思います。 ベットルームの枕かクッションが少しだけにおいが気になりました。 立地や対応は本当に素敵でした。 ありがとう。
