Perché au 5ème étage, le logement est de charme. Andrei est accueillant, ses instructions très claires. L’appartement est bien équipé, au calme, et son balcon cosy. La literie est confortable. Si vous n’appréciez pas les escaliers, il n’est pas fait pour vous. J’ai plus de 50 ans et je ne les ai pas trouvé rebutants, car en haut on se sent très bien dans ce joli appartement.

Stayed at Sunny 3BR/2BA w/ Private Terrace (A/C)
My expectations were exceeded! Gorgeous flat in the middle of Barcelona. Just a few steps away from Sagrada Familia 🤩Everything was clean. The two shower and toilets functioned perfectly well. The air conditioning functioned perfectly well. The terrace with a slight view on the Sagrada Familia was superb. We had everything we needed, a big fridge, great internet etc. Really, huuuge recommendation to anyone who visits Barcelona 😃 Alina, Andrei and Alejandra were super kind and professional. Alejandra gave us recommendations on the first day for some great restaurants and bars and welcomed us into the flat with her kind and warm manner. Thanks a lot guys! 😊

This is a great apartment for long term stays in Barcelona. The location in Gràcia is amazing and walking distance to metro that connects you to the rest of the city.

Andrei and Alina are excellent communicators and sincerely care about their guests’ experience. The location of this apartment cannot be beat! Within walking distance to so many great sites and museums. We never stepped into a car throughout our trip (with the exceptions of our airport shuttle). The space is clean and well-stocked and was very comfortable. Wi-Fi speed is exceptional as we had two people working remotely and one kid schooling online. If you are looking for an authentic living experience in the heart of Barcelona, this flat is a great choice! Hosts are responsive and caring. Highly recommend!

Very beutiful and spacious appartment. Extremely functional setup. Master bedroom with shower and walkin wardrobe. Additional bathroom with bath. everything was as nice as the photos. located 5 to 10 minutes walk from L4 metro station. supermarket just below the building. Shopping center 5 minutes walk away.
