Eine wirklich schöne kleine Wohnung mit Dachterrasse, ordentlich ausgestattet und schön gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten dank der Lage alles gut erreichen. Zum Teil zu Fuß oder direkt um die Ecke per Metro. Über den Dächern von Barcelona! Wow und muchas Gracia. 🤗
Fantastic apartment, clean and very well equipped, with awesome hosts. It’s a perfect choice if you wish to be among locals. Localization, near the Plaça d’Espanya, makes the place ideal for exploring the city. The bus stop is across the street. The subway is one street away. All you need is at your fingertips. Supermarkets, parks, restaurants and cafes. The street outside is noisy, but during weekends it is closed, so you can even forget you are still in the crowded Barcelona 🙂 We stayed there in September and we highly recommend that month. In September Barcelona celebrates the Merce festival which ends with a pyrotechnic show on the Plaça d’Espanya. What’s more, the weekend after the Merce24 ends, the Hostafrances area (where the apartment is located) turns into a street festival with a variety of food, clothes, and handicrafts. For children animations and other activities for all day long. Thank you Alejandra and Alina. The stay was flawless. We will come back 🙂
We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay at Andrei’s flat. The terrace is amazing and unit was comfortable for my wife, adult daughter and me. Great location at west edge of Gothic District and near metro stop and bus stop from airport. If ever in Barcelona again, we would absolutely try to stay here. Andrei reached out several times during our stay to check on us and his colleague met us at the building to make check in a breeze. Great experience all around.
This was one of the best located apartments we have ever stayed in. It is in the middle of everything in Barcelona. We could walk to most of our destinations and actually preferred the immediate streets around the apartment more than anything else, with its great selection of cafes and restaurants and pedestrianisation. The apartment was large and clean with fantastic bathrooms, a wonderful bath and two showers. The bedroom at the rear is very quiet and dark and the bedroom at the front looks over the charming street. Both beds were modern and comfortable. Alina greeted us and was full of information and enthusiasm. A great experience over all and good value. We stayed in the second week of April and the weather was perfect.
