This place is great, location is awesome, host excellent, furniture on point, cleanliness spot on. I’m a heavy walker and I walked to most areas of interest from this location in less than 20min. But you also have the metro station around the corner, Uber, taxis, buses, etc. The only downside for me was that the cigarette smoke from the neighbor next door comes into the apartment.
Our stay was very good, we found ourselves needing a space to stay last minute and the host was very responsive and we were able to check in within a couple of hours. The location is amazing, busy loud street but I loved it, becomes pedestrian on weekends ! The space has everything that we needed for the entire time, and the owners who we were lucky to meet, are great people. Thank you for everything.
Great apartment. I feel I could not have chosen any better at this price range. Apartment was well maintained and very clean. Updated décor with a lovely open plan kitchen. Bedroom small but perfectly comfortable. Large wardrobe with extra blankets and additional towels. All well thought out. Perfect location. I was afraid it would be noisy however once windows closed there was barely no noise. Very handy to be in Gracia, with two metro stations within minutes of the apartment. Plenty of amenities around. The balcony is a plus to enjoy the winter sunshine. I will be coming back.
Appartement charmant, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Accueil et communication très sympathique et réactif. Seul bémol : l’environnement immédiat qui peut surprendre à première vue (résidence un peu ancienne). Belle vue sur le port. Place de parking privée appréciable. Attention : 6ème étage sans ascenseur.
