Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Super war Anfang August die perfekt funktionierende Aircondition kombiniert mit 3 separaten Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. In der Küche war ausreichend Geschirr und alles, was man benötigt, allerdings kein Geschirrspüler, was sich mit einfachen Mahlzeiten aber gut handeln ließ. Die Betten im großen Schlafzimmer waren phantastisch mit super Matratzen und sehr großzügig. Das hintere Einzelzimmer war auch gut. Im mittleren Zimmer gegenüber vom Bad quitschte das Bett allerdings bei jeder kleinen Bewegung, das war störend und nervig. Highlight war der Balkon mit Blick auf die Sagrada, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend genutzt haben. Die Gegend war extrem angenehm, man fühlte sich in der Nachbarschaft sicher und es gab viele günstige Restaurants, Bars und einen tollen Mercadona. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war super und vielfältig, gleichzeitig konnte man auch alles zu Fuß erreichen, Altstadt, Sagrada, Strand etc
Great location, so central but on a side quiet road which was is really nice. I asked to check in early as I was working that day and the host was so accommodating. The apartment was an elk equipped, clean, cool (it was hot outside) and most of all the terrace was incredible! Loved it!!
The place was fantastic. We spent a week there, and made good use of the patio. The location was easily walkable for tourist attractions but also felt close to real neighborhoods. And it was extremely close to the metro — which we only started using later in our trip since we enjoyed walking so much.
Good place! Very interesting: its actually 2 appartments in one. First one is on level 4 with two bedrooms (2xsingle + 1 king). And on floor level 5 you have the roofdeck plus another mini appartment (with another kitchen, batch and sleepcouch). The description and pictures dont really tell that. If i was the owner i would renew the descriptions and pictures. But was ok. We were nicely surprised by the second appartment 🙂 Door upstairs MUST be fixed, totally annoying. And it has been broken for a long long time – you can see this by the marks. But i told the owner to fix that:) hopefully when you come the door to the upper deck closes and doesnt bang in the wind…:) the teracce is really cool otherwise. And so calm. BBQ ist with coal, not gas. Summary: was good, we would come back. Mario was very gentle when he explained everything. Good job!
