At first I was skeptical as the reviews were so low but noticed the agency has many other listings and took the gamble.
This accommodation is more than accurate to the listing, close to a metro and bus connection and commutable supermarkets safe / quiet neighbourhood where you feel like a local not tourist.
the flat is cool so i found there was no need for air conditioning during our stay (it was averaging 27°c).
The agency was accommodating to our needs and allowed baggage drop off as our arrival was much earlier than check-in and fast communication when we required assistance.

The apartment is incredibly spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 1 terrace, and 3 balconies. The terrace and each balcony offer breathtaking views of the Sagrada Familia and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need; there’s a desk for working in the apartment, WiFi connection is decent. The apartment is stylishly and warmly furnished, featuring many vintage pieces that fit perfectly and create a unique 70-80s vibe. The location is ideal for exploring the city – you can reach almost any spot within a 20-40 minute walk. You can also access two key metro lines in 5-10 min walk. It was the best option we could find to start our journey in getting to know Barcelona. We stayed for 1.5 months and truly enjoyed every moment, feeling at home by the time we left. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Andrei and Alina were always available, friendly, and ready to help.
We LOVED our stay here. A fabulous apartment. The outside space is a great bonus, & the location perfect.
We had a minor issue when something broke & it was fixed straight away!!! Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are considering Poblenou.
What a location. Near the quieter beaches, but with all the transport links into the city.

We had a great stay at Andrei and Alina’s place! They were very friendly hosts and gave clear instructions for check-in. They even provided helpful booklets for things like the dishwasher and aircon, which was really nice. The apartment itself is spacious with high ceilings and a big living/dining area. There’s plenty of storage too, and the whole place cools quickly during the hot Barcelona summer. The kitchen and bathroom had the basics we needed, and there were lots of towels too. The balcony is long, mainly for drying laundry. Just a couple of things to note: the place seems to get dusty easily which triggered our allergies, and the common bathroom had a sewer smell. Also the unit is in an alley, so be prepared for some pigeon poop, pee smells, and trash piles in the evenings. That said, the location is super convenient! Very close to restaurants, supermercats, and about a 5-10 minute walk to metro and bus stops. Overall, a solid stay and very helpful hosts!
