Wonderful stay! We kicked off our spain/Portugal trip here and it was perfect. You cannot beat the privacy of the balcony and the location. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. They have all dishes you could need, comfy bed, dishwasher and washing machine. Plus an elevator! Shower was great too. Highly recommend coming here for your trip to Barcelona!
I rate the stay in the apartment positively. The apartment has an excellent location close to major attractions, with a big advantage being the short walking distance to the metro station as well as to grocery stores. The Sagrada Familia is about a 10-minute walk away, which is a great plus. On the first day, the apartment was a bit cold due to the winter season, but the heaters gradually warmed up the space and the following days were fine. The apartment could benefit from some minor updates and the replacement of a few older items, possibly a light renovation in the future, but this did not significantly affect the overall impression. Overall, I rate the stay as very pleasant, including the approach of the host. Communication was fast, the host provided us with plenty of useful information about the stay and recommended various places and activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.
A very nice and cozy apartment with a beautiful patio. Very centrally located; close to the major shops and touristy areas. Wish I could stay there longer.
Our stay was very good, we found ourselves needing a space to stay last minute and the host was very responsive and we were able to check in within a couple of hours. The location is amazing, busy loud street but I loved it, becomes pedestrian on weekends ! The space has everything that we needed for the entire time, and the owners who we were lucky to meet, are great people. Thank you for everything.
Lovely stay in March/April, Alejandra was so welcoming and gave us recommendations for lovely spots in the area. Good connections and right next to a train and metro station- this helps with getting to and from the airport and around the city. The bed is SO comfy I slept so well on it! Going in March/April meant the weather was a bit unpredictable but with heating and aircon we were able to adjust the temperature in the apartment to exactly what we needed! The door both downstairs and to the flat was controlled by an app- this made it much easier as it was one less thing to worry about losing! All in all, we have no complaints, thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona!
This place is great, location is awesome, host excellent, furniture on point, cleanliness spot on. I’m a heavy walker and I walked to most areas of interest from this location in less than 20min. But you also have the metro station around the corner, Uber, taxis, buses, etc. The only downside for me was that the cigarette smoke from the neighbor next door comes into the apartment.
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is excellent — very convenient and pleasant. The check-in process was especially nice. Alejandra was very kind and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable right away. Check-out was also easy and smooth. We would be happy to stay here again!
I stayed at the apartment for over a month and loved it! It’s in the cute beach neighborhood of Barceloneta, and the front desk staff led by Moisés could not have been better nor more professional. The roof terrace is stunning, the bed is so comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed to cook and feel comfortable. Very much recommend!
