The apartment is very spacious, modern, cozy, comfortable with very nice views, and extremely well equipped. You feel like you are at home. Everything was working properly. Stayed more than a month and had no issue at all – everything worked perfectly. Neighbours were very kind. The location is great, 2-min walking from 3 different subway lines, next to city and regional buses’ stops. You can get to the center in less than 10 minutes by subway, and if you are keen to walk, you can get there in 20 min or so. You also have a big shopping mall, large supermarkets and 24h convenience stores in a few minutes walking. Bcn’s central train station is 10-15 minutes walking. Then, you have the hills right behind the apartment, so you can take a nice walk while disconnecting from the busy city. The hosts – Andre and Alina were very responsive and extremely helpful. I can’t recommend Andrei’s place enough! This is the place to stay if you want to feel like a local. The neighborhood of Gràcia is lively and full of incredible bars and restaurants. The apartment truly felt like home and we lived sitting out on the patio. The bathroom and kitchen were both clean and well stocked and it was nice to be able to do laundry after weeks of travel. Additionally, the host made sure to coordinate with us and she met us at the apartment to show us around and had incredible recommendations for the area. All in all, it was an incredible experience.
Checkin was very easy. Alejandra who welcomed us at the appartment was very kind and friendly and a lot of good adresses to eat and spend a nice evening. The appartment had a nice terrasse and living room. Small minus the beds are very small and not really comfortable but still we spend a very nice weekend in barcelona☺️
