We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The apartment is centrally located and looked exactly as shown in the photos. Supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi are within walking distance, and Carrer de Gràcia becomes a pleasant pedestrian street on weekends, which added to the charm of the location. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Alejandra was very helpful during check-in, taking the time to explain how the various appliances worked and even assisting us in getting metro cards. Andrei was supportive throughout our stay and promptly addressed all our needs. Since we were travelling with an infant, a baby cot had already been arranged for us. When we found that the cot was too large for our baby, Andrei quickly replaced it with a smaller one. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would be very happy to return in the future.

Amazing bnb! It was such a great location. Super close to main landmarks like the Arc de Triumf & la Sagrada Familia. Very walkable but easy to catch a cab or Uber. Super clean and the host sent so many amazing recommendations!! 100% recommend!

When we arrived Marcela greeted us. She was very friendly and explained to us everything we needed to know. Any time i sent her a message she was also very quick to respond so it was a very pleasant experience. The appartement itself was very nice and just like in the pictures. The terrace was very spacious and the location of the appartement is great.

Excelente todo, el piso es super cómodo y espacioso, lo que seria interesante aclarar es que el acceso a la azotea y dormitorio ( tercero ) es por escaleras fuera del piso, saliendo del mismo al pasillo común. El resto todo genial.

Apartment was in a great location for seeing the city – a few basic maintenance issues. We did not realize the washer was simply a washer and not a dryer as well. However there is a place to dry the clothes directly across the street.

Andrei’s place is clean and cosy. The only thing is we can’t use the roof top’s area on the last two days because of construction but overall is good.Thank you for hosting!
