The house was very clean, was well welcome by Alejandra, she explained thing very well. Stayed in Andrei’s place for a month and i would say the house is a little small when it comes to living room and kitchen area but good enough for a building in this area as it is a busy area one of the streets that is central and very busy with restaurants and shops on the weekend the street closes and you can walk around the very nice area. Many times they close the street and have people install stalls where food is sold and many other things. It’s well connected to the metro and buses and also easy to walk to the main attractions here in Barcelona. The entrance is small but i was able to move big boxed with me and also out with ease also the elevator helps you move your luggage. The terrace is pretty nice and private located on the roof. I would say if you’re here to have fun and like being around every main event and not miss a beat of Barcelona’s amazing experience this place is right for you.
The apartment was lovely. Situated in the perfect spot for exploring Barcelona. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and the Metro a few minutes away . The balcony has great views you can even see the La Sagrada Familia, which is very impressive. Plenty of room for 6 adults with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.
Our small family had a very happy summer together staying here. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, and the nearby HostaFrancs market. The metro is also very close. The street is quite busy, but not touristy, and when the windows are closed it’s very quiet. We were happy with the quick communication from Andrei and colleagues when needed.
