Very easy to get to from airport. Extremely well located- we walked everywhere from the apartment and saw all the Barcelona sights. Very clean and well equipped. Very helpful to be met and welcomed by Mario. A bit of party noise from neighbours over Easter weekend-normal life in apartment block. It’s not quite as ‘brand new decorated’ as listing might imply but the apartment is otherwise exactly as described. Very clean on arrival and relief to have a ‘no faff’ shower – hot on, add cold to preferred temperature. Easy! 👍. It is a shame there is no balcony (it doesn’t claim to have) but nice to get spring sunshine through large window in living room. We had a great week exploring Barcelona from the apartment- the building feels safe and secure and a good, well located base to come back to during the day. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
We had an outstanding stay at this house! The host’s attention to detail was impeccable, and the house was not only beautifully decorated but also exceptionally clean. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful.
Overall good location but needs maintenance
Our stay was very good, we found ourselves needing a space to stay last minute and the host was very responsive and we were able to check in within a couple of hours. The location is amazing, busy loud street but I loved it, becomes pedestrian on weekends ! The space has everything that we needed for the entire time, and the owners who we were lucky to meet, are great people. Thank you for everything.
Zeer warm welkom door een uiterst lieve host. We kregen veel persoonlijke tips en adviezen, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. De accommodatie was perfect in orde en volledig zoals weergegeven op de foto’s. Het terrasje is zalig. Kleine minpuntjes waren het nachtelijke lawaai (van zowel buren als straat), waardoor onze nachtrust niet optimaal was, en het water dat helaas niet volledig warm werd. De locatie maakte echter veel goed: op wandelafstand van prachtige trekpleisters waar we enorm van hebben genoten.
El dpto . es muy acogedor , me hospedé con mis dos hijas muy cómodo para las tres , se encuentra en una zona muy agradable y tranquila , me gusto mucho porq tienes un supermercado , así como diversos comercios , farmacia , cine entre otros . Se encuentra cerca a la estación del tren . Los anfitriones y la persona encargada estuvieron siempre en contacto ante cualquier solicitud .
Lovely stay in March/April, Alejandra was so welcoming and gave us recommendations for lovely spots in the area. Good connections and right next to a train and metro station- this helps with getting to and from the airport and around the city. The bed is SO comfy I slept so well on it! Going in March/April meant the weather was a bit unpredictable but with heating and aircon we were able to adjust the temperature in the apartment to exactly what we needed! The door both downstairs and to the flat was controlled by an app- this made it much easier as it was one less thing to worry about losing! All in all, we have no complaints, thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona!
