The house was very clean and smelled great when we arrived, which made us feel at home right away. Alejandra welcomed us and was super friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent—close to Barcelona Sants station and other major tourist sites, which made getting around really easy. The only downside was that we couldn’t use the television, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommended!
really enjoyed the stay
The apartment is very spacious, modern, cozy, comfortable with very nice views, and extremely well equipped. You feel like you are at home. Everything was working properly. Stayed more than a month and had no issue at all – everything worked perfectly. Neighbours were very kind. The location is great, 2-min walking from 3 different subway lines, next to city and regional buses’ stops. You can get to the center in less than 10 minutes by subway, and if you are keen to walk, you can get there in 20 min or so. You also have a big shopping mall, large supermarkets and 24h convenience stores in a few minutes walking. Bcn’s central train station is 10-15 minutes walking. Then, you have the hills right behind the apartment, so you can take a nice walk while disconnecting from the busy city. The hosts – Andre and Alina were very responsive and extremely helpful. Any inquiry was responded in a matter of minutes. Many thanks. I strongly recommend both the apartment and the hosts. 10/10
Andrei’s apartment is really lovely – we stayed there with our (almost) 2 year old daughter, and we had a great time. The property itself is nicely decorated and clean, really well stocked with essentials for cooking etc, plus toiletries in the bathroom. It was plenty spacious for the three of us, and there’s definitely room if you have a larger party. Note, there are quite a few stairs/steps throughout the apartment, and a balcony – so just be careful of you have very young children with you. The area is great too – lots going on, with plenty of bars, restaurant and cafes just on the doorstep. you’re also very close to the beach. Communication with our hosts was great too, and their friend who let us in to the property was very helpful and polite too. overall, I’d highly recommend Andrei’s apartment for anyone wishing to stay in a lively, fun but family friendly area of the city.
We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend staying here. From the start, our host was incredibly communicative and provided us with useful local tips and a very thorough introduction to the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment itself was appeared very clean. The location was also amazing, with the Sagrada in view both from the balcony and as soon as you step out the door.
