So nice. We were a 1-minute walk from Barceloneta beach. There are staff in the building who were friendly and super helpful. The apartment has 4 balconies, and 3 of them have ocean views! Minor but be aware: the second bedroom has essentially no sound separation from the kitchen.

Alles war super. Typische Barcelona Altbauwohung, hübsch hergerichtet. Alles war sauber. Lage war gut für uns, da nicht direkt im Zentrum aber super gut erreichbar.

Excellent home with perfect location. It’s very quiet place where is comfortable to stay with family. The house was clean and organized. The host is very responsible ans it was very easy to have communication for every single thing. Thank you very much and we can’t wait to visit you again.

Nice and modern big apartment, Mario was very helpful with the check-in and provided all sort of useful information. Location is not the best but still a few minutes walk to the metro station and main attractions

Stayed at Bogatell Beach Studio | A/C
Andrei’s place is very well located, a few blocks from the beach and Rambla Poblenou, with a large array of different restaurants to pick from. The building is quiet and the apartment itself has all amenities one would need to spend some time to visit Barcelona. The check in was also top notch, with a very communicative host which provided us with many recommendations and helped us after checking out as I had left some documents behind. The only downside in my opinion was the bathroom, which is a bit small for a proper shower, but in hindsight we should have noticed from the pictures.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Most of the major tourist attractions were easily accessible by metro and bus, making it very convenient to get around the city. The area was safe and well-connected, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Mario was very helpful and provided us lot of usual information. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay at Andrei’s place. It was perfect for us two but would prolly be too small for any more than that. It’s steps from the train station and metro and has lots of restaurants around. Would definitely stay again!
