Nice location, few minutes by walk to the beach and metro stop. Shop right next to the building as well as the tram stop. There is also a yacht ramp and some industrial complex in front of the building. The flat is very spacious and sunny. Neighborhood looks modern.

All good, the elevator is a bit scary, but this is more likely normal in spain. the AC does unfortunately really only cover the living room, but the fans help a bit.

Appartement charmant, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Accueil et communication très sympathique et réactif. Seul bémol : l’environnement immédiat qui peut surprendre à première vue (résidence un peu ancienne). Belle vue sur le port. Place de parking privée appréciable. Attention : 6ème étage sans ascenseur.
