Lo que quiero resaltar, es la excelente disposición de Andrei y Mario, solicitamos si era posible conseguir unos mas ventiladores ya que los que tiene son pequeños y casi no tiran aire (dos cuartos no tiene aire acondicionado, solo uno y el área del comedor, sala y cocina), inmediatamente resolvieron y llevaron dos de súper buen tamaño, 💯 pts.

Muy comodo y amplio, con acceso por elevator, cerca de la terminal de tren. Alejandra nos recibio muy amable, atenta y nos dio excelente informacion del area y adonde visitar. El unico inconveniente fueron los guest del piso de arriba que despues de las 10 o 11 de noche hacian mucho ruido y no tenian consideracion de los de abajo. Andrei, les mando mensaje y les llamo la atencion sobre esto (muchas gracias) pero la siguiente noche lo siguieron haciendo así que esto ya queda en la compañía de AirB&B de tomar cartas sobre estas personas. Si me volvería a quedar pero en el piso de arriba. 😊🤣 Muchas gracias!!

Nice accommodation, clean and very functional. Building a little neglected, but the apartment is well kept. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors. La Rambla Poblenou is very nice and well frequented with great restaurants. Supermarket very close.

It’s a very pleasant and quiet apartment in a very convenient location. There are lots of nice spots around, close to the beach, and it’s well connected.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent – just a 20-minute taxi from the airport with no traffic, close to two metro lines, and everything is within walking distance. There are mini markets and restaurants on almost every corner, plus nice cafe
