The apartment was Spartan which suited us fine as we did not spend a lot of time there. We just went to sleep at the end of busy days touring Barcelona. The person who oriented us to the place was very thorough. He even showed us where to hail a cab and get grocery essentials (very short walk). The Platelets restaurant across the street had outstanding food at reasonable prices. I slept in the twin beds which were a bit hard for my comfort so the next night I moved to the sofa bed and slept extremely well. We felt safe and secure in the apartment. There was a nice big bottle of drinking water in the fridge for us. We would stay here again. Although you can see the Sagrada Familia from the upstairs terrace, we took a cab there (quite cheap) in order to have energy to tour the basilica. Parking was about 2 blocks away and the garage was very secure. A good stay.
Amazing view in an absolute perfectly clean flat with plenty of information about great sight-seeing routes.
Staying at this apartment was absolutely perfect. The location on spot on to walk almost anywhere and everywhere, or take the metro that is right down the street! The apartment itself felt like home. It was was clean, comfortable bed and a large shower with excellent water pressure. And the huge patio was a real selling point. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!
El departamento es muy cómodo. El barrio es muy lindo. Hay muchos cafés y restaurantes alrededor y la playa también está cerca. Para hacer el check in hay que entrar a una página web y cargar muchos datos. Demora un poco, eso es lo único que me pareció un poco incómodo. Y también te cobran un impuesto, que no sé si es algo general de Barcelona. El resto todo bien.
My family and I felt at home in this modern apartment with a nice balcony and plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and full of restaurants, parks, and supermarkets, plus it’s very well connected to public transport, making it easy to reach all the main attractions.
Some improvements would make the stay even better: the beds and sofa could be more comfortable, extra pillows and towels would be helpful, and the sheets should be checked for cleanliness. A coffee table, more décor, and a few plants would also add warmth to the space.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciate the warm welcome from Mario as well as the attentive support from Andrei and Alina. This apartment is a gem thanks to its excellent location and modern design.
