Important to be aware that this is 5th floor with no elevator and rather steep narrow stairs. It says it in the description; I just unfortunately missed it. The apartment was clean and had the necessary items for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. It was reasonably quiet, but, after all, it is Barcelona so some noise is expected. Bed was fairly comfortable. A bit soft for me, but it was fine for a few days. Andrei was very responsive and checked in often to make sure everything was going well; they shared recommendations and responded to questions quickly. The neighborhood was fine. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby, including a beautiful fresh market just a 5 minute walk away. No real complaints. Compared to BCN prices, it was also reasonably priced and a good deal.
Very nice flat! Very good communication! Kitchen contains all which is needed. The position not far away from the Sagrada Familia (10 min. walk) is really good! You can even see half of it from the balcony. The underground is not far to walk and the underground system is very comfortable and easy to use. Especially with 3 people it is a perfect flat to book.
We wanted a private room where we could cook, and since places near tourist attractions tend to be expensive and crowded, we chose a place near Sants Station. It ended up being only about a 5-minute walk from the station, which was extremely convenient. It was a safe and private place for two people to stay, and both the building and the room were very clean, as if they were newly built. We arrived early in the morning, and as soon as the previous guests checked out, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage right away. Thanks to the host’s thoughtful care, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a truly enjoyable trip. The door was operated by an app, so we didn’t need a physical key, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and also recommended great nearby restaurants and places to visit. Since accommodation is such an important part of traveling, we were very happy with this place, and it made our memories of our Spain trip even more wonderful.
The location was perfect, great neighbourhood and easy to get anywhere. The apartment was perfect for our family, the rooftop separate granny flat was awesome for our oldest son to have his own space and privacy. Mario was excellent to deal with, gave us some great tips on restaurants, public transport etc and was readily available for any questions or help we needed. Barcelona is a beautiful city, our second time there but definitely the best stay with the outstanding accommodation. Loved everything about it!
This apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities needed. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equally as modern.
The location was on the beachfront making it so accessible. A local mini mart shop just below which was so handy.
A 5 min walk from apartment were an array of bustling bars and restaurants on the main stretch leading to the beach and metro stations, the aquarium and la Rambla
Definitely will be stopping here again in the near future
Pasamos un fin de semana increíble en esta masía. La ubicación es perfecta si buscas desconectar; rodeada de naturaleza, es el sitio ideal para relajarse.
La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: la cocina bien equipada, los baños impecables y las camas super cómodas. Además, el espacio exterior es una maravilla.
Sin duda, volveremos a esta masía en otra ocasión. ¡Recomendadísima!
