I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It is spacious, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Fontane metro station. The kitchen is very well equipped, the wifi worked perfectly, and there is also a TV that you can connect to your laptop with an HDMI cable to watch movies. The host was very kind and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The only small downsides were an occasional unpleasant smell from the bathroom (probably from the pipes) and a bed that squeaked quite a bit. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good public transport connections and a peaceful location.

Stayed at Quiet, Ultra-Central Stay (KM0) for 3
We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, Mario (who helps Andrei) was a fantastic host—personable, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He met us in person, walked us through everything in the home, and even gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The home itself was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and free of clutter, making it feel instantly comfortable. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-in, which was a lifesaver after 15 hours of travel. Everything about our stay was seamless, and Mario’s hospitality made it even better. If you’re considering booking this place, do it—you won’t regret it! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Stayed at Sunny and spacious, few minutes from the beach
The apartment is in an ideal location just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a quick car/bus journey into the city centre, Apartment was as described and quite clean, communication with Mili was great

Such beautiful apartment in a wonderful location close to everything. The patio and view from the patio was gorgeous. Perfect for hanging out with family and enjoying Barcelona. We will hopefully be back!

Stayed at Stylish modern and sunny 2 bedroom
Overall very happy with the stay just some of the noise complaints when I wasn’t even home or wasn’t even awake was slightly strange but understandable and then the bathroom which I get was out of your control. Overall really delightful stay and really did enjoy will leave a good review

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. L’accès aux transports est très facile et à proximité de l’appartement. Mario à été très indulgent malgré notre arrivée très tardive. L’unique bémol, des voisins bruyants…

Rustige autovrije brede laan/plein voor de deur. Uitzicht op Sagrada Familia; naar rechts kijken op balkon. Begeleiding door Mario is echt top; veel adviezen, tips, reageerde heel snel op vragen. Locatie is echt top! Metro, bussen, shops, eten, bakkertje, etc. Appartement niet nieuw, badkamer “gedateerd”, heel klein keukentje, maar alles echt schoon; prima. Woonkamer best klein, maar appartement ideaal voor gezin door de 3 slaapkamers.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, pulito r con ogni confort: Wi-Fi, lavatrice,microonde,smart tv,phon… Mario molto gentile e pieno di attenzioni disponibile per ogni evenienza. Consigliatissimo.
