The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Most of the major tourist attractions were easily accessible by metro and bus, making it very convenient to get around the city. The area was safe and well-connected, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Mario was very helpful and provided us lot of usual information. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top. Alles ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Gebäude und die Begrüssung war super nett und sofort familiär. Fragen, etc. Wurden während des Aufenthaltes blitzschnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Eine super Betreuung vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Schaut man ins Detail, fehlen Kleinigkeiten. Z.B gibt es in beiden Bädern keinen einzigen Handtuchhalter. Auch der Duschvorhang im kleinen Bad ist bei einer sehr kleinen Dusche eher unangenehm. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, die etwas mehr Betreuung benötigt. Es gibt viele Kratzer an den Wänden und Türen, was aber nur optisch ins Gewicht fällt. Ein Problem war das „Doppelbett“ in einem winzigen Raum ohne Steckdose und Nachttischlicht. Erholsames Schlafen ist in diesen Klappbett mit zwei Personen unmöglich. Leider war auch die anderen Betten nicht wirklich bequem. Fazit: wir würden wiederkommen, wenn die Betten erneuert werden.
excellent location, host excellent but the amount of stairs and extremely narrow entrance really caused a problem for me as I have a young child and pram and travelling solo this was a huge problem as I struggled to get up and down the stairs and in / out of the apartment comfortably. not a problem if you are agile or a very light traveller.
