Pretty nice place to stay with terrace and nice view. Andrei was pleasant person to communicate with. The apartment had all necessary amenities to comfortable stay. Up on the hill there are places with astonishing cityscape views. There is El Carmel metro station in 5 minutes away so transportation not a problem.

Had a great time in the apartment and loved Barcelona. The apartment is quite old in design and could do with a refresh but we didn’t have any problems. Careful with the old lift in the building as it broke down when we were there.

Cet appartement situé à 10 mins à pied du marché de la Boqueria, des Ramblas, quartier gothique etc… De très bons restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement est très propre, bien rangé et spacieux, je vous le recommande fortement. Machine à laver à dispo, accessoires tel qu’un sèche cheveux, parapluie, sac de courses, adaptateurs de prise…. Toutes ces petites attentions font aussi la différence. Lors de la remise des clés, Mario a été clair dans ces explications, nous a donné de bons conseils pour passer un bon séjour à Barcelone.

Very nice location – close to the sea, restaurants and shops around, but not too loud, and close to the metro. Apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff was helpful and responding quickly. There is dehumidifier and AC available. We enjoyed the stay and we can recommend the place 🙂
