The apartment is spacious and looks just as it is in the photos. The beds and sofa were comfy, the wifi worked well and was reliable, and there was a good supply of cutlery and plates. Our check-in was super convenient, and we were messaged in the morning by Marcela to ask if we’d like to get into the apartment earlier, which was really helpful. There was occasionally loud music late at night (usually 10pm – 1am at the weekends) from other apartments – worth being aware of if you’re a light sleeper. When we arrived, we found leftover food that had gone moldy and was attracting flies. This was in a high-up cupboard though so I can see how this was easily missed by the cleaners. We told Andrei and Alina who were really responsive and immediately arranged for the cleaning team to take care of it. There were a few other things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but overall it was a comfortable stay.
Vi hadde et flott opphold, men om man er var for bråk utenfra er ikke dette det beste stedet. To av soverommene vender ut mot en gågate med mye restauranter og aktivitet til langt på natt. I tillegg kommer det søppelbil/ vaskebil som bråker mye. To av oss 4 måtte flytte inn i stua under oppholdet.
Terrassen er veldig fin, men vi fikk raskt klage fra naboer da vi 4 voksne damer satt og pratet lavt der ute rett over kl 22. Det burde fra utleier opplyses bedre om at det tydeligvis skal være helt stille etter kl 22. Bortsett fra disse forholdene var vi veldig fornøyde.

Barcelona is an amazing city but having this apartment as our home base made our trip so much better. Located within walking distance of so many excellent shops and restaurants. If the distance was too far, the Metro station is a very short distance away. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and enjoy the city sounds in the evening. We actually never sat on the furniture inside the apartment because we spent all our time on the balcony. We were met by Mario who explained all the amenities of the apartment well. He then sent us recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. When we visit Barcelona again, we will book our dates around the availability of this apartment… it was that good! The only negative is the elevator noise which you can hear in the bedroom but that seemed to stop around 10pm… or we were so tired from seeing the sites that we didn’t hear it while sleeping. 100% recommend this great place!
