Perché au 5ème étage, le logement est de charme. Andrei est accueillant, ses instructions très claires. L’appartement est bien équipé, au calme, et son balcon cosy. La literie est confortable. Si vous n’appréciez pas les escaliers, il n’est pas fait pour vous. J’ai plus de 50 ans et je ne les ai pas trouvé rebutants, car en haut on se sent très bien dans ce joli appartement.
We wanted a private room where we could cook, and since places near tourist attractions tend to be expensive and crowded, we chose a place near Sants Station. It ended up being only about a 5-minute walk from the station, which was extremely convenient. It was a safe and private place for two people to stay, and both the building and the room were very clean, as if they were newly built. We arrived early in the morning, and as soon as the previous guests checked out, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage right away. Thanks to the host’s thoughtful care, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a truly enjoyable trip. The door was operated by an app, so we didn’t need a physical key, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and also recommended great nearby restaurants and places to visit. Since accommodation is such an important part of traveling, we were very happy with this place, and it made our memories of our Spain trip even more wonderful.

Evin bulunduğu sokak haftasonları trafiğe kapatılıyor. Vakit geçirmek için güzel ama hafta sonu geliyorsanız ve çok valiziniz varsa Plaza Espanya dan yürümeniz gerekiyor. Metro, toplu ulaşım, market ve restoranlara çok yakın. Dairenin kendine ait terası ve mobilyası mevcut (kullanmak için fırsatımız olmadı ama keyifli görünüyordu) Olumsuz Yönler: Gelmeden önce erken varacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen erken giriş yapamadık. Sadece valizlerimizi bıraktık, bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Check-in 15:00’de olmasına rağmen temizlik zamanında tamamlanmadı ve 16:30’da içeri girdik. Geç girmemize rağmen temizlik yeterli değildi. Apartman girişi ve asansör biraz küçük. Bebek arabası ile girmek zor. Evde genel olarak eşyaların yenilenmesi ve mutfak gereçlerinin artırılması gerekir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar kalabiliriz.
The apartment was as described and very beautiful. The rooftop terrace was outstanding. The service and the communication was perfect. The district of Barceloneta is very nice, packed with restaurants and you have the beautiful beach. It’s recommended to stay there. It was a little loud a night due to different groups or people strolling trough the district but not too bad.
