Great check-in process, good support all along. Nice apartment, well-located and super terrace. This is why I recommend this apartment. However, being on the last floor has many advantages: great terrace, great views but because the elevator engine is somewhere close, you can hear the lift going up and down when you are in the bedroom. The kitchen is small and with no real light so better eat outside.

Wonderful host. Extremely helpful and responsive. A place feels like home at once. I did’t like the neighborhood when we just arrived, but after a few days I fell in love with it. The apartment si full of all the utensils and stuff you need for living. All the kitchen utensils needed, vacuum, washing powder and etc. Also the living room area is a very cozy place and makes you feel like home. I really loved the fact that it has multiple lamps that create nice and warm atmosphere. Thank you a lot for the stay and being so helpful!)
Bien los espacios del apartamento, las camas cómodas, el barrio seguro, metro cercano, con el anfitrión Renzo nos coordinamos perfectamente, él muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Como siempre es posible mejorar, yo recomendaría más pulcritud en el aseo, y poner a disposición de los pasajeros un café y unas galletas, para hacer más grata la llegada. Recomiendo 100% el apartamento y la empresa Lodging Apartments. Tuvimos una grata estadía en Barcelona. Muchas gracias.
We LOVED our stay here. A fabulous apartment. The outside space is a great bonus, & the location perfect.
We had a minor issue when something broke & it was fixed straight away!!! Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are considering Poblenou.
What a location. Near the quieter beaches, but with all the transport links into the city.

I rate the stay in the apartment positively. The apartment has an excellent location close to major attractions, with a big advantage being the short walking distance to the metro station as well as to grocery stores. The Sagrada Familia is about a 10-minute walk away, which is a great plus. On the first day, the apartment was a bit cold due to the winter season, but the heaters gradually warmed up the space and the following days were fine. The apartment could benefit from some minor updates and the replacement of a few older items, possibly a light renovation in the future, but this did not significantly affect the overall impression. Overall, I rate the stay as very pleasant, including the approach of the host. Communication was fast, the host provided us with plenty of useful information about the stay and recommended various places and activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.
