We had a wonderful stay at Andrei’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient for food options. It is a 10-15 minute train to many other neighborhoods, but two metro lines are very close to the apartment. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator, so just be aware of that when booking. All in all, we had a great stay—Mario was very helpful when checking in and gave many great recommendations for our stay!
Modern, clean apartment that has great facilities and has been well maintained. The proximity to the beach whilst only being a relatively short walk from the city centre makes it a good choice for a multi faceted visit to Barcelona. Particularly helpful was the ability to check in early (there hadn’t been an occupant the day before) and Agustina was really flexible in meeting at the building as we arrived. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Al principio me parecio costoso comparado con otras ciudades pero veo que Barcelona es demasiado costosa, el lugar es excelente seguro y tranquilo, estuvimos 2 dias sin internet pero fue una falla tecnica, el cuarto de abajo es un poco humedo, algo para mejorar son las almohadas que son un poco grandes para mi gusto. Recomiendo el lugar por su ubicacion.
The apartment was in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach where it was constantly thriving. There is also busy streets surrounding the apartment with many restaurants and shops as well as a metro station only being a 8-10 minute walk which goes straight into the centre. Mario who greeted us on first arrival spoke very good English and gave us lots of tips and advice which was very grateful. The air-conditioning was easy to use and the apartment was very clean. The only slight issue was that there was no safe to put precious belongings. Would defiantly stay at this apartment again if we return to Barcelona!
