Stayed at Quiet Central 2BR for 3, Pets welcomed
Andrei’s place was optimally located at the edge of the Gracia district on a quiet street. The apartment is small, but worked well for myself and my cats. One thing to note: it is a pretty dark apartment. It does not have a balcony, but has access to hanging laundry outside (as one does in Spain), where you can catch a glimpse of daylight in between buildings. The location is fantastic with access to Calle de Vila de Gracia which has amazing food and shopping! Overall very happy with my stay there!

Casa bella e funzionale. Super consigliata! Perfetta per gruppi di amici che vogliono soggiornare tutti insieme e accessibile economicamente. La casa è collocata, spostandosi con la macchina, a 10 min dal centro e a 10 min dall’aeroporto, perfetta se si vuole stare lontani dal caos del centro città. È collocata in una zona molto tranquilla. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

The apartment is very spacious, modern, cozy, comfortable with very nice views, and extremely well equipped. You feel like you are at home. Everything was working properly. Stayed more than a month and had no issue at all – everything worked perfectly. Neighbours were very kind. The location is great, 2-min walking from 3 different subway lines, next to city and regional buses’ stops. You can get to the center in less than 10 minutes by subway, and if you are keen to walk, you can get there in 20 min or so. You also have a big shopping mall, large supermarkets and 24h convenience stores in a few minutes walking. Bcn’s central train station is 10-15 minutes walking. Then, you have the hills right behind the apartment, so you can take a nice walk while disconnecting from the busy city. The hosts – Andre and Alina were very responsive and extremely helpful. Any inquiry was responded in a matter of minutes. Many thanks. I strongly recommend both the apartment and the hosts. 10/10
