El dpto . es muy acogedor , me hospedé con mis dos hijas muy cómodo para las tres , se encuentra en una zona muy agradable y tranquila , me gusto mucho porq tienes un supermercado , así como diversos comercios , farmacia , cine entre otros . Se encuentra cerca a la estación del tren . Los anfitriones y la persona encargada estuvieron siempre en contacto ante cualquier solicitud .
I had a wonderful time in this apartment! The lovely terrace was a great place to relax. The apartment was clean and well-maintained The owner was responsive. I highly recommend it
We had a great stay at Andrei and Alina’s place! They were very friendly hosts and gave clear instructions for check-in. They even provided helpful booklets for things like the dishwasher and aircon, which was really nice. The apartment itself is spacious with high ceilings and a big living/dining area. There’s plenty of storage too, and the whole place cools quickly during the hot Barcelona summer. The kitchen and bathroom had the basics we needed, and there were lots of towels too. The balcony is long, mainly for drying laundry. Just a couple of things to note: the place seems to get dusty easily which triggered our allergies, and the common bathroom had a sewer smell. Also the unit is in an alley, so be prepared for some pigeon poop, pee smells, and trash piles in the evenings. That said, the location is super convenient! Very close to restaurants, supermercats, and about a 5-10 minute walk to metro and bus stops. Overall, a solid stay and very helpful hosts!
Très bon séjour chez Andrei, l’appartement est convenable, propre. La communication était parfaite. De mon point de vue très personnel, j’ai été un peu déçue du logement par rapport aux photos. Il y avait pas mal de choses peu fonctionnelles : le lave linge doit être branché dans la salle de bain alors qu’il est dans la loggia, la salle de bain est alors indisponible si le lave linge tourne, et cela implique que la porte de la loggia reste ouverte, en hiver je suppose que ça apporte du froid dans le logement et que le lave linge ne peut être en fonctionnement si vous n’êtes pas dans l’appartement. Celui-ci a tourné 30min pour qu’enfin nous réalisions qu’il n’y avait eu aucun apport d’eau… pas cherché à comprendre plus longtemps, il y a une laverie en bas dans la rue. Pour un logement pouvant accueillir 5 personnes et au vu du prix du séjour, je trouve la salle de bain petite. La cuisine également est petite, peu pratique pour 5 personnes. 1 chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans le salon.
