Gerard est un hôte accueillant et réactif. L'appartement est bien situé, à proximité du métro et de la gare de Sants. Le quartier est charmant, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et cafés. L'appartement est lumineux et agréable et les terrasses offrent une vue dégagée. À notre arrivée, tout était propre et bien rangé. Cependant, l'éclairage de l'appartement est un peu faible le soir et une odeur de canalisation est persistante. Les aboiements des chiens du voisin sont parfois dérangeants. La taxe de séjour est à ajouter au prix de la réservation. La chambre offre des rangements spacieux et le lit est confortable. Apportez un masque de nuit si vous aimez dormir dans le noir complet. Il n'y a pas de nuisances sonores venant de l'extérieur. Pas de lessive ni dosettes café à disposition. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le four car le joint était décollé, et il manquait des plats adaptés. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gerard.

So nice. We were a 1-minute walk from Barceloneta beach. There are staff in the building who were friendly and super helpful. The apartment has 4 balconies, and 3 of them have ocean views! Minor but be aware: the second bedroom has essentially no sound separation from the kitchen.

nos gustó mucho estuvimos muy a gusto Mario estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y a la vez nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones gracias por ser tan amable la zona es tranquila no es lo más céntrico pero es un barrio que está cerca de sagrada familia y que está muy bien comunicado con todo, supermercado super cerca farmacia etc... en fin el lugar idóneo para pasar unas buenísimas vacaciones cerca de todo y a la vez la tranquilidad que deseas para descansar y coger fuerzas para ver la ciudad de Barcelona que es espectacular

Surprisingly quiet, very clean and very well situated, with excellent communication with the hosts - thank you!

We had a nice stay, very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, well equiped kitchen. Host was responding fast, we had some delay for chek-in but offered a free taxi to airport which made us believe that host cares a lot for great experience. Most of famous barcelona things were walkable distance

Pulito e luminoso

Perfect location right on the Rambla del Poblenou. Exactly as described - large bathrooms and good bedrooms. Great living area and an incredible outdoor space. It can be noisy based on location so ensure that's the vibe you want, but if you want a central and walkable location in Poblenou, look no further. Check-in was easy and the hosts were extremely responsive. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Barcelona.

Todo era lo que parecía en las fotos y estaba limpio.
Lo malo una tarima súper ruidosa que hacía que cuando uno se levantaba, no dormía nadie. Y mal el cobrar check in por ser en domingo.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage! Alles, was man für einen Wochenendtrip braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Alles top – gerne wieder!
