Great place. Convenient access everywhere. Very nice apartment, consistent with the description. But you have to be really quiet because I have the impression that the neighbors are disturbed even by the conversation in the apartment.

This is a great apartment for long term stays in Barcelona. The location in Gràcia is amazing and walking distance to metro that connects you to the rest of the city.
We had a great stay in Andrei’s apartment! The location is fantastic, and the apartment itself was very large and spacious! Andrei was continuously in touch to ensure we has a great stay, and was able to solve any issues we had immediately!
