Immerse yourself in the heart of Barcelona's iconic beauty with a stay in our charming and comfortable apartment, ideally located for your touristic visit. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends (up to 3 guests), this recently renovated home offers the ultimate base for exploring the city's most famous landmarks.

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways. 2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. 3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. 6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking. 7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days. 8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card). 9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending. 10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock. 11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Cozy Second Bedroom: A second, interior bedroom provides a private space with a comfortable single bed, ideal for an additional guest. Inviting Living & Dining Area: The living room is designed for relaxation, offering a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dedicated dining table for meals. It also benefits from an AC unit to keep you cool. Fully Equipped Open Kitchen: The kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the living area and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking during your stay. Modern amenities include a fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, and all necessary cutlery and plates. Modern Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be. Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
