Standard Check-in is from 15:00h to 20:00h. However, we can accommodate late arrivals as well. Please note that there are extra charges for late arrivals: Between 20:00-00:00 the fee is €25 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival. After 00:00 the fee is €50 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.

Enjoy modern amenities throughout: a sleek bathroom, high-speed fiber optic WiFi (Fibra SMART 500Mb), AC in the living area, and all the essentials provided—linens, towels, cooking basics, and more. With 45 m² of thoughtfully designed space, this apartment provides everything you need for a seamless extended stay in Barcelona. Plus, the building features an elevator and a charming façade crafted by architect Josep Masdéu i Puigdemasa. Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fhigh-speed fiber optic WiFi (Fibra SMART 500Mb), and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be 🙂 Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
