Only 1 A/C unit in the living room (bedrooms do not have A/C stated).
Monthly stays (min 1 month): utilities package €225/month, paid on arrival (electricity, water, gas, maintenance, internet).
Late arrival fees: €25 (20:00–00:00) / €50 (after 00:00).

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
