Experience the charm of Barcelona in this inviting three-bedroom apartment, perfect for up to six guests. Located just a short walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia and near the Sagrada Familia metro station, this apartment offers both convenience and comfort.

Notes

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 – 5 PM!

Step inside to find a beautifully furnished space featuring three bedrooms, each outfitted with comfortable single beds, and two pristine bathrooms equipped with showers and essential toiletries such as a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper.

The living area is designed for relaxation, boasting a flat-screen TV and a cozy dining space. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal: a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom ensure your comfort no matter the season.

The highlight of this apartment is the stunning private terrace. Offering breathtaking views of the Sagrada Familia and the city skyline, it’s the perfect place to unwind and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Barcelona.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Розташування чудове, дуже близько до Sagrada Familia. Зовсім поряд є Mercadona, купа кафе, кав’ярень. Апартаменти розташовані на останньому поверсі, в будівлі є ліфт. Помешкання просторе і світле, тераса на даху з чудовим видом і з захисним козирк…

Great location (a 5 minute walk from Sagrada Familia)… lots of access to neighborhood bakeries, restaurants, metro. AC was WONDERFUL in the hot/humid weather. Coffee maker is Nespresso machine- so buy your capsules in the grocery store!
