Welcome to your Barcelona retreat! This inviting 55 m2 apartment, located just a few minutes’ walk from El Carmel metro, offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Ideal for stays of a month or more, our fifth-floor unit (note: no elevator) comfortably accommodates up to three guests.

Travelling by car?

If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick.

Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be .

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 – 5 PM!

Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €175 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

The living area, bright and spacious, boasts a stylish sofa bed, a dining table for four, a flat-screen TV, and an air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort in every season. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal.

Recently renovated, the bathroom presents a clean, modern look with a shower, toilet, and sink.
